Defendant: Your honor, I'm an old man, I can't do 25 years
Judge: That's okay. You don't have to. Just do what you can of it.
😂😂
Right, lol????
😂😂 rotfflmfao! 😂😂
😂😂
This guy is a menace to society. He's just a dang criminal all day since he could walk.
Yep, and he’s had a long time to practice.
He should be retiring from his job and thinking of his retirement. Instead, he’s going to have something like that, but way worse, with thousands of his new best friends.
Damn when the judge starts talking about charges that are 40 years old you know you get ready for the smoke fest
Yeah completely blind because of the smoke 😅
Really 50 years going back to '73 assuming he was 18 at the time he is in his late 60's already
Took a woman and two little kids hostage with a knife? fuck that guy so messed up
What's really important is, in 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire the A Team
Amen
You can find them on reruns 👌
I never knew they were on crack 😮
I have to give the public defender props for doing just about as much as possible with the material he had to work with.
Something I always appreciate about Judge Stevens, he always thinks of what the victims had to go through.
Dude been in and out his whole life he's basically just going back home.
Already used up both arms, have to go above the collar line for all his new ink
I am over 50, and this guy was committing crimes before I was born
I'm 51😅
Felonies
@@kendellsmith104You don't go to the joint for misdemeanors 😂
Damn. 😢
Going through a tough day. Grandma hid my weed so I hid her wheel chair. Ain't nobody rolling shit around here today.
😄 seen a reel with this joke the other day
Sage, the death egg! Max Powa!
Gyatt
When people start hiding the TV remotes and chargers, that might as well be a declaration of war.
Great joke bro.
Just imagine the amount of stuff he got away with throughout his life
Honestly how do you get caught in 83 that was pre cell phones and very very grainy footage
BINGO he did way more and worse no doubt 🫡🇺🇸
4 sure ...thats only what he got caught for...who knows what he's got up to....scary..
"Hemmed up at Woodstock" 😂😂😂
Really gets the imagination going...
I mean, he's old enough, maybe he was at Woodstock! Many people traveled across state lines to attend that festival!
This guy just got sent home. He took it like a trooper.
I thought his public Pretender was falling asleep, but he wasn't, and when he did come alive he did a great job, I also thought it was Stephen King standing there for a minute!!!! 😂
Yeah the PD did a pretty good job, too bad this guy threw it all away with drugs. IDK how you could say all that with a straight face, but god bless the PDs. Defendant is about the same age of the judge it's weird how they're two vastly different outcomes life-wise.
"My court appointment lawyer told me "hope for the best, expect he worst.""... truest thing my public defender ever told me.
“The Meth had something in it” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂 nah it just wasn’t cut like usual
If he makes it to 90 years old, he will have spent 55 of his 90 years in prison, which is over half of his life in prison. Wow! What a waste of a life.😮
So frustrating to see guys like this gets all sorts of opportunities in life, while other people get discarded at the first infraction. Life is nothing but random chaos.
randomness = order + chaos. I see what you're saying.
@brolysadvocate Haha, yeah. Honestly though, I should've put "meaningless chaos" but I don't like editing comments. I was just caught up in the moment watching this idiot defendant fumble around with his words and rap sheet.
He’s blaming the drugs. He sure didn’t try to kidnap a dude. He knew exactly what he was doing.
Life on an installment plan
it sure is
Don't worry you got the easy-pay program
So this defendant lawyer wants the courts to be be a babysitter .
No Fukken way, go to jail ..
The future public victims are at risk…
I have tons of "misdo's", and a few felonies...! I'm glad I'm sober now...!!!
Please stay sober and don't be afraid to seek support groups. Knowing you're not alone helps a lot more than people think.
@victoriahope8371 I'm 85+ months sober now from a 22+ year long heroin addiction... I'm never going back...!!!
I'm glad you posted. Am in a hard way so its nice to try and take my mind off it for a while.
look at the glass half full my friend stay up
I might have to put my cat down tomorrow so its hard to be optimistic but I appreciate you. Thank you.
@GatesoftheNephilim I lost my best friend Lucy the star of this show...and now a piece of my heart is gone. So your right it's impossible for me as well to be optimistic when thinking of her being gone. My heart goes out to you and anyone losing a pet or aka family member.
@@lockdown23and1 I remember when you lost Lucy. My heart broke for you. Thanks for being there man.
Thats the worst man.. i lost a couple good cats to a relationship ending due to fentanyl.. but now im a yr clean and i got my kid everyday.. and a couple new awesome cats lol.. it will get better. Its hard.. but it gets better. Can always be worse if you go f**kin everything off and rackin up charges!
Thank you for all your work. It is always unbiased and straight to the point. Cont success.
thank you for noticing my friend
A decade ago, I took a psychology statistics class, and I learned that on average kidnapping someone carries a longer prison sentence than straight up murder. I'm not surprised at all because 40 years being on the table is no joke.
You can justify a murder, hard to justify a kidnapping
Ive seen cases in California where people only got 2yrs for kidnapping smdh
What in Hell a 25 year cap, he could do anything he wanted and no matter what he would only have to do 25 year's. He should have been able to get life with no parole.
Aye just getting off my night shift to see my boy Lockdown 23-1 posted something for us early birds. You the man
Your commentary had me laughing today on this video, Josh. 😂😂 that man is 65 years old and too old to be doing meth and committing crimes.
He doesn't like it out hear,he wants to go home, the judge was more than happy to accommodate him
He has over 50 years of crime experience and has apparently learned nothing
This guy is a one man crime wave...😅
I can't be the only one that says it out loud *Lockdown 23 and Juaaan* when he says it.
Congrats to you. Almost 1 million. Great channel
The life sentence of that 7 year old he tried kidnapping is longer than what this guy will serve. She will never be the same.
@Lisa_Bailey : Exactly. Garbage 🗑️😔.
Man got a wealth of criminal history.
How the hell does someone commit over 70 different crimes and still on the street to kidnap someone even though over 60 were misdemeanor crimes and 8 felony convictions so he was born in 1959-1960 his first crime that he was convicted of in 1973 when he was was 13-14 and all these crimes happened obviously when he was out of jail I just can't believe the amount of crimes he committed considering probably half his life he was in custody
I was born in 73 he was busy getting paper
I ain't afraid of you Judge, the sign right there on the wall says "No Smoking".
I spent 1 day in jail in 1987 for stealing and decided that, that life is not the life for me. Joined the USMC in 1988, That was back in the day when a judge would tell you "Do 4 years in prison or 4 years in the military". Well, I did 20yrs in the military, retired, got a degree and became a teacher. I've been to every continent except Antarctica and travelled most of the world.
Jail can make you change your life or make you live that life. Guess he likes living that life of no freedom behind 3 walls and a door...
Absolutely right sir thank you for your service l got my shit together sharp too 🇬🇧🇺🇸👍
11:05 he’s a jailhouse snitch folks. And that’s how he goes in and out…
Been watching you since I did my 3 year sentence getting indicted for intent to distribute. Haven’t watched many videos lately but getting shop ready to open this morning and wanted to let you know Since I’ve been out I started a smoke shop and shoe store. Your videos have helped me along the way boss. Just remember prison/jail don’t stop your hustle! Keep going!!
thats a fact love to hear this STAY FREE my friend
I got goosebumps from reading this ... keep it up!
I also did a 3 year bit back in 2016-17 in Oklahoma. I been on the “legal” hustle, doing everything right ever since.
Did anybody peep the guard sleep in the background 😂😂
😅
In Texas aggravated crime convictions are not considered for parole . It is a day for day conviction .
Do you mean they have to serve the whole sentence?
@ 25 years to the day on this video is what he will serve.
Where's the coffee? WHERE IS THE COFFEE!
in my belly
Death you need to cover the story of group of Bay Area cousins getting sentence to combine 900+ years
sounds interesting I'll check it out
@@lockdown23and1 KSBW action news 8 has the article about it
Why do you refer to him as Death? Just curious
@@bertspro typo
@@bertsproit’s his gamertag he also streams on twitch. DeathIBring and some numbers I can’t remember. Back in the day he spoke about it a few times and the name just stuck for quite a few thatve been around awhile.
Him getting anything more than 5 years is a possible death sentence! Someone will get him in prison with those charges
Not true at all
Good video. I turned a few friends onto your show. Helping you get to 1 million!!!
Bro's gonna see that convertible top microwave before his charges are done being read 😮
😅😅😅
Vert top microwave is crazy work
He said he was trying to get someone to call 911 for him, in that he definitely succeeded just probably not how he planned.
This man is a true menace
This guy had a novel for a rap sheet 😮holy moly
Good morning Josh, stay free! 13 yrs out myself from a 6 piece!
thats right you know the drill
He needs counseling and to have a chance. He's not a kid.. This guy has had a million chances.
YOOOO FRESH SMOKE LIKE A TEXAS BRISKET!!
Bro hit us with the pre smoke 💨 😂😂😂 27:11 he knew it was about to go down
Lol... Pre smoke, damn.
I remember getting hit with that!
I’m so addicted to this series! Thx again.
😂 Me too; I don't even know how I stumbled upon it, but it's so entertaining.
I love that you also said “but he did great” 😂😂😂😂😂
Great episode ole death. IDEA: review scenes from prison movies and tell us it it’s billshirt or realistic?
That's a good idea
I'd watch.
Got my coffee, grateful for this. Watching every second.
When that public pretender was trying to get him probation was hilarious. The way the judge was looking at him like he wanted to laugh. The guy's history got him "life". Goodbye to another career criminal.
Best RUclipsr on here keep it up hope the doggie is doing well 👍🏻
she's a menace
but I love her
@@lockdown23and1 haha I bet worth it in the end
@@lockdown23and1 yeah I can tell your a softie with kids and dogs I'm the same haha 🙏🏻
Dude’s been lucky this whole time. He must’ve had a sub for a judge every single time!
Judge Stevens is the master of sarcasm. Judge Stevens : “ did he have a store for the Drugs”
Bro committed to the life, I'll at least give him that ... How sad though, at that age, with that past, to have *THAT* many chances and continue to be an absolute menace, you'd think at some point he'd choose to at least try and give something back to the community he terrorized for all those years.
Career criminal, the streets are just a vacation for him.
Funny how the judge chuckled when the PD tried to make the point about no felonies for 37 years
I recognized that guy immediately from the front row of Johnny Cash’ Folsom Prison concert! 😂
Keep it kicking real love the content and the flow
I am so thankful that I ran into your videos. Thanks.
I like you channel and vids a lot, you’re always crackin’ me up.
Bro just dropped dime on Brian 😮😂, dang 87 thats when I was born
Homeboys legs are getting tired he’s like hurry up ayyye
had to back peddle to keep the blood flowing while listening to the list of his past crimes 😆
Good morning. I have a good friend that lives in Virginia Beach and Everytime you talk about Wawa or food line I have to smile. I'm a new sub and been binging on your older stuff. I really don't know if you and your family are still there. I hear the weather was wet yesterday tho. Great content, love your videos
welcome aboard
@lockdown23and1 why thank you. Really loving the older stuff and having done 2small bids I truly appreciate the way you don't "glamorize" prison.
Woodstock! 😂😅
Good comments and content. You are one of my favorite utubers. I'm old enough to be your grandmother. I don't feel it .
The guy sleeping in the back 🤣
How did he commit so many crimes in half of a lifetime lmao 😂
🐾This defence attorney often seems to do the bare minimum 😹😹😹
"Good Old Authentic American Jailbird" 😂🤣😂
Smoke show coming. Love your take on these people. Greetings all the way from Guisborough UK 🇬🇧
"There wouldn't be drugs if nobody bought them" no shit Sherlock 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣 I don't know how a judge can keep a straight face while a lawyer is asking them to give their client probation for a crime like this! He's a better person than I am (judge)... because you would see the disgust at even suggesting such a thing, written all over my face! 😆
He got hemmed up at Woodstock had Me dying laughing
You see Zachery Ty Brian got in trouble again? 😂
The Judge is putting it all back on him he framed it all so nicely. Hearing his attorney and the defendent speak he comes across like someone who doesnt have his ST together
I just watch these videos for the intro, I love them 😂😂😂 and watching the sentencing is also a fun thing to watch though.
Waiting on the defendant’s attorney to speak 😂
Dang Dude, lifetime achievement criminal. He’s not big enough to take care of himself but apparently he knows his way around 😢
You said 😂dude got hemmed up at Woodstock😂
Love your vids man. Funny dude. Somehow i got hit w/ probation and ive been a damn good boy. People gettin smoked makes me so god damn happy i left that shit behind!
THEM SMOKE ALARMS NEED CHECKED, THEM BOYS AINT SHOW UP TO WORK TODAY
Sad thing is all that dude was thinking about when he heard the sentence is how he will never get high off his DOC again🤣
What kinda bird dont fly....this guy....institutionalized indeed😂
No telling how long it took to put that PSI together… wow
PD attempts to showcase his admirable 37 years w/o a felony, then the defendant reveals about 35 of those 37 years he was locked up.
As soon as they said Texas, I knew he was gonna be a smoked brisket! Im From Texas, they don't play!!!
Every thing bigger in Texas 😅
Damn this man did a previous 35yrs and now gotta do another 25 piece..... he's been in jail longer than free
Institutionalised
Probably knows how to suck a bowling ball through a paper straw too 👍
@Ian-mj4pt right lol he must love that shit
