Defendant: Your honor, I'm an old man, I can't do 25 years
Judge: That's okay. You don't have to. Just do what you can of it.

Yep, and he’s had a long time to practice.
He should be retiring from his job and thinking of his retirement. Instead, he’s going to have something like that, but way worse, with thousands of his new best friends.

What's really important is, in 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can hire the A Team

I spent 1 day in jail in 1987 for stealing and decided that, that life is not the life for me. Joined the USMC in 1988, That was back in the day when a judge would tell you "Do 4 years in prison or 4 years in the military". Well, I did 20yrs in the military, retired, got a degree and became a teacher. I've been to every continent except Antarctica and travelled most of the world.

🤣🤣🤣 I don't know how a judge can keep a straight face while a lawyer is asking them to give their client probation for a crime like this! He's a better person than I am (judge)... because you would see the disgust at even suggesting such a thing, written all over my face! 😆

The Judge is putting it all back on him he framed it all so nicely. Hearing his attorney and the defendent speak he comes across like someone who doesnt have his ST together

PD attempts to showcase his admirable 37 years w/o a felony, then the defendant reveals about 35 of those 37 years he was locked up.
