I think he’s disinterested in being an attorney. He can’t even manage to raise his fat a$$ up out of the chair to speak to the judge. His grandiose dreams of being the next Matlock have been reduced to representing career idiots.
Been on probation 12 times with 9 fails... he's used up all his deferred adjudication chances the time has come to pay up with a healthy prison sentence with plenty of time to reflect on all of his missteps that got him to where he is now maybe next time he'll stay out of trouble for a while
Why didn't you FIX THE DAMN CAR for her, or get rid of it and get her a SAFE vehicle??? (knowing the vehicle was unsafe to begin with)....no, instead you let her drive around in an "unsafe" vehicle and the "message " you want to send her is to RAM THE VEHICLE WITH HER IN IT...." to keep her from driving in the unsafe vehicle." Brilliant, just brilliant. (sarcasm intended)
@@lenwelch2195 Throughout the English speaking world, children are routinely referred to as kids, and this is the first definition in every dictionary. Boyd needs to get off her high horse.
If he violates probation which he will a judge will send him back to start his sentence over again in prison. And a parole board will decide how much time he gets.
@@pattmahiney No. Minimum 26 months mean that he'll eligible be for parole after 26 months. If denied again and again, he can serve max 10 years. He'll be out 40 to 50 months, right in the middle of the sentence.
Interesting spread of excuses. I can't help but wonder how much of his testimony was created on the spot. To me, he appears to be another poster child of narcissism, manipulation, and self-importance. I'm also wondering how much of his testimony was off of attorney provided cliff notes.
I respect a judge that doesn’t fall for BS lies 🫡
If your lawyer does not know how many children you have there is a problem. That’s basic. This attorney seems disinterested in his client.

The judge is no dummy and this guy needs to own his $hit and get help for his anger and whatever else is wrong with him
Under the jail.
Everyone is safer with this liar in prison
Stop having kids if you can’t support them
As Judge Tammi Long-Heywood says, "condoms are cheaper than babies!"
Don't forget the KY.
Sounds more like an insurance scam to me.

What does that sentence mean? Does he serve 26 months minus good time and out? Who decides if it is 10 years instead?
If he violates probation which he will a judge will send him back to start his sentence over again in prison. And a parole board will decide how much time he gets.
Basically he has 17 more months til he gets out on papers, mandatory maximum of 10 years for another violation.... If I'm understanding correctly.
Love this Judge for calling out the lies, I bet he has seen it all in his courtroom😅
