I have a few years before I'm a senior but the one thing I do know is that Physical activity is so important to keeping the joints and muscles limber and is key to staying strong and flexible. Thanks so much for your comment. Only about 20% of our health is determined by genetics, the rest is up to us. I was inspired by my parents to become a senior fitness instructor. Often assisted living facilities will use RUclips to engage their residents in exercise. My mom is in one of those homes. Now she can work out with me regularly. 😊
