What i have to do if the newly car loan (bank finance) had an accident?
The insurance company towed the car and the car is already with them. So from my side, what do I have to do? I will wait until the repair is done? Or will I make any requests? Or will the bank be the one to coordinate with the insurance? Thanks in advance for your answer.

Okay, I have a situation that require your immediate assistance. I tried getting in touch with najm but they're so incompetent. I had an accident last Friday, it was my fault and I took complete responsibility for it. But at the time of the accident, I did not have insurance, the car I hit does have comprehensive insurance. We went to the the police station and they're asking me for a najm report. I have no idea how to go about printing one. The gentleman I hit already went to taqdeer and got his quote. Please help me get access to my accident report for the police station so I can get him paid. I don't mind paying him the cash but the cop kept insisting that I needed a printed copy of the accident report in order to proceed with the case. None of them speak any English at all so it was difficult to even tell them what I wanted help with.
Hi there. I'm not really sure about it if you didn't log a najm report at that time. I suggest you take a person who speaks Arabic to go with you to the police station and explain to them that you didn't have insurance and hence you don't have a najm report. I also think you should get in touch with the other guy and ask him for the najm report and perhaps you could use that. Worth a try?

Hi. Because my car is being financed by the bank, I don't get to claim the money. The insurance company which is linked to the bank tells me where to go to get the car repaired. Hope this helps.
