The taqdheera report will they send the report ? to muroor or we should have go to muroor with the report....?
You will get a link from Taqdeer within 24 hrs from where you can download the report and the same you have to take it to maroor
Did you book the appointment in Maroor before visit. If yes in which service we have to choose in Absher. My case is same second party have no insurance. Thanks
No need, you can go there without appointment. I didn’t find anything there which shows online appointment is required. even I went there without taking appointment

Once you get your money, you can proceed with car repair
Even you can start repairing your car without receiving money.
Some time Only the Najm report you can use for your car repairing but good to take Repair permit from your ABSHER
Once you receive money, no need to report and inform to anyone
What to do if your car is on lease and you have 0% laibility? Then where claim will go
Then you need to contact the company you took car on lease

Hi brother , if 2nd part has insurance, so just go to his insurance company office and submit you r documents
In my case second party has no insurance and he straight forward said no money. Maror told me go to court of law.why they didnt close his system
Basically Police should close their system to force him pay you. But if second party still get not convinced ,you can reach out to court.
You full find such offices near by police station who will support you to file a case on him. Such situation , if you have valid reason ;definitely you will win the case and will be compensated

This case is difficult to claim for compensation
At least you can ask Najm to come and check and he can prepare a report for you, so you can repair your car without any obstacles
Moreover, if you have second party cars details, it can help you during Najm investigation

Hi, If other persons doesn’t have insurance, you should reach out to Trafic police station with Taqdeer report, Police will call other party and will finalize your issue

You can fix your car by yourself , it is not an issue, but you can keep following up to get your claim as Taqdeer estimated. If second party doesn’t pay , you can file a case on court

Taqdeer will ask for 150 riyal for their service . Which they take usually from other party insurance of first party fault is Zero. If second party doesn’t have insurance they you will have to pay and can get it from second part later on
