i'm there aren't Flex Command. How to add it?

if i do circular pattern, the new added propellers are not flexed (not bended)

Well that' is a quiet improper propeller...
...if for nothing else, then for basic plausability you should have made the cross sections to have something resembling a wing profile (if you expect your audience to not be entirely made up technological analphabets)
