For Real view you need professional graphics card in your system like Nvidia Quadro series or AMD firepro Series. other cards will not support real views.

The radius of the fillet is to large to fit the surrounding geometry. What fillet can be changed in order to get 6 blades?

you can change the fillet according to your requirements.

use circular pattern without the fillet then do the fillet for each part individually
