Awesome tutorial! I'm in the process of designing an aquatic drone and needed some guidance with the propellers. Helped alot
Thanks, Bro!!! :)
Cool video!!!
Thanks!
super
Thanks, S.Naveen nani!!!
It's not too technical and without details, it's a quick job.
Means twisting is very important feature
where is the step and shape calculatios? this is just picture, not working model
So does the 60 degree value for the flex input also mean it’s the pitch?
Hi, Tim! No, this is just the angle of rotation of the propeller blade. Look here: www.boatingmag.com/how-to/understanding-propeller-pitch/
When I use the flex tool it ends up warping the circle in the middle. How do I stop that from happening?
same problem here!
I may be late to the party, but you can do it by not merging the propeller curves with the middle, selecting the first one, flexing it to your liking, doing the circular pattern with the already twisted propeller wing, and the using a combine operation to merge all three propeller wings with the main body
Ooo
Thanks, Man!
This is not the best sample of the tutorial - just you're working with SolidWorks..... No attention to some tricks with features. It's OK, but I saw many and much better tutorials than this.
...and BTW music it's so annoying.
