Yeah, except that for a working prop, the angle of attack is steepest near the hub, flattest near the tip. So you have to rotate the blade counter clockwise to the hub by about 90 degrees.
sir I'm working on a propeller design in school project and hope you can help me, "steepest near the hub" mean about 65 degree or so it parallel to the axis of the hub , thanks
