This is soooo goood!!! I really do believe that Melissa is on the 'A' team. But she is doing it to protect Spencer. Remember in season 4 episode 4 when Spencer and Melissa were fighting outside Hector's place? Spencer said, "You could have warned us.You knew and you did nothing." And then Melissa flips and says, "You don't understand! You never understood! I have been protecting you since it started! Since BEFORE it started." I think that it's a major clue that Melissa buried the girl in Ali's grave to protect Spencer. That's why she always mentions to Spencer how everything she does is to protect her.

When Alison was telling the other liars how Mrs.D was hysterical when she was burying "her" did anyone else hear "she kept saying the same thing over, and over. What have I done, what have you done" Does anyone else think Ali could have slipped up? Maybe she just confirmed that the question was pointed at her.

I thin it is possible that Wren is Charles and Melissa is Black Widow/Red Coat. When Wren drew the picture of Red Coat, she had dark hair which could have been Melissa.
Christopher Dudley I think he was drawing (if he ends up being Charles) his mother, Mrs. DiLaurintis. She wore a red coat on the day when her, Alison, Mr. Dilaurnitis, Charles and Jason were on the farm in the home video at the end of season 5.
I really hope wren is A. This one theory that makes the most sense and all of the clues Marlene has given come together. I always thought he was suspicious. Heard some rumors of cece being charles just because she has stunt double for 6x10. That still doesn't mean she is A. I think she is Red Coat. Apparently RC will be making her final appearance on the finale.
live4christ08 CeCe isn't Charles. But yes, I think she might be Red Coat if she and Black Widow are different people. Not sure if I like that, because the Liars spent the entire first half of s4 suspecting CeCe of being Red Coat/A. I would like for RC to be someone more suprising, who wasn't suspected as often as CeCe.
This theory is insane, like insanely smart... It makes sense in a way that doesn't make sense and I'm trying to summarize it in my head and everything gets jumbled up, so props to you for being able to squeeze that much confusing information in to a 9 minute video😐

Black Widow was in the first episode at Ali's funeral too, she's behind the girls when they walk out of the church at the end of the episode. She's in her usual outfit, black dress and black lace veil.

Mellisa is definitely working with A. We never really saw her unmasked as the queen of hearts. A hacked Mona's laptop right before she revealed her face. Mellisa was the one we know for sure that visited the guys who makes masks. He had the mold for Ali's face, which we saw on many episodes and Mona wearing in the doll house.
The only problem I have with Wren being Charles is that in the episode were Jason and Emily were trapped in the elevator, Wren was in another county with Spencer for the academic decathlon. Jason and Emily were looking through his dad's boxes as he moved to an apartment. They were looking for Ali's pics with Wilden. A/Charles must have freaked out about his identity being compromised and tried to kill them. I dont think anybody would be this sensitive abt a pic except for A.
I also think the NAT club has sth to do with this. Wilden was obviously trying to stop Melissa from hurting Aria. He said the plan has changed, Garret is gonna tell them everything. Melissa didn't agree so she is still alive. NAT club had videos, which A tried to take.
oh shiiit! I think the elevator incident was definitely caused by CeCe. She was taunting Jason about his alcohol problem not long before and she didn't want people to find out about her connection to Wilden. Charles wouldn't try to kill his brother, especially not since they seemed to be so close as kids.

I agree 10000% i have been saying melissa is black widow from the start she is so shady and black widow has her body type. I have also been saying ali was not telling the story about the night she went missing from her point of view and it was in fact her who hit bethany over the head, she was trying to get benthany down rosewood in her clothes for a very long time and thats why Mrs D was confused 1. to see benthany looking like ali twin 2. was shocked when ali smacked benthany over the head with the rock 3. why she insisted she buried the body for ali so she could escape. i believe the women who took ali to hospital wasnt taken her there but was taking her to radley and thats why she ran away.

Definitely prefer this ending than the ending we actually got. Would love for it to be Wren and Melissa. Just so many plot holes with CeCe and Sara

i've also thought the same thing :) i just thought nobody would agree with me but i like the way you bring this theory to light nice one especially with the Alison hitting Bethany because i also thought she lied about that night because it doesn't add up who was buried that night then

loved the theories!!! the only thing I have trouble with is the fact that Melissa cant have buried Alison since Alison was the one who told the lairs that her mother buried her, she described the buriel and not being able to talk but apart from that I loved it!!!
Lizzie Mason If my theory is right, then Ali simply lied about her mother burying her alive, to protect herself. She wouldn't admit she hit Bethany. Have you noticed that the timelines of Melissa's and Ali's storys of that night don't add up at all? One of them wasn't telling the whole truth, and I bet it's Ali.

Graham McGee Yay, thanks! This one took a lot of time. Wren & Melissa aren't really an obvious choice as partners, but everything in their whole relationship seems so off. I'll be extremely disappointed if that isn't cleared up! If Marlene tells us they ran off together, because they realized they're soulmates, I'd die of laughter. XD
KaylaSwEet06 Yeah there's definitely something not right with their entire set-up. Plus, Wren and Melissa are always being brought back up in conversations which makes me question the need for their mentioning if they aren't vital to the story? Really hope this is the real story though because I'd actually be satisfied with this ending - or I'm at least just praying the actual ending is as fulfilling as this theory! :P
A has to be side characters, otherwise many fans won't watch the next seasons without their favorite pairings/characters. No one is too much attached to Wren & Melissa. They're perfect. Plus, I want Melissa to prove that she actually cares about Spencer - and to screw over Wren, just like he screwed her over in s1.

First, please don't scream at me. For the lodge fire, I don't buy Wilden started it, I think he was already dead by then (and why would he want to burn the girls?). I also doubt that Shana helped pull them out, since she wanted to kill the girls in 4x24. Smells like a big fat lie to me.

one of the best theory and i believe it to be true,all but the ali hitting bethany but im not sure but i do believe wren is charles and Melissa is helping out of guilt and protecting her sister and i do think Ali is still hiding something just dont know what
cece will come back but she's not involved. she has some clues about that girl in the grave, she knew her from going to radley. cece tries to convince alison to leave, and i think cece gets hurt but i'm not sure. i was somewhere else on set that day.

Alison didn't have the bracelet when ms Grunwald pulled her out so it wasn't her who Melissa buried. it means that Bethany did know Ali cos how would she get that bracelet

Megan Coughlan Not possible. Sara Harvey was seen alive a day after Bethany was buried. She's probably in the dollhouse. They also identified Bethany with D.N.A. and she wore the yellow top when her body was found. I doubt that Sara would have worn a yellow top too. Four girls in the same top would be ridiculous.
In episode 6x01 Sara Harvey was alive and she was in the dollhouse with the liars and was saved by the liars with help Ali Caleb Ezra and Toby

BETHANY hands down....there are so many unanswered questions with Bethany.....who is she? Why was she in Radley? What is her REAL connection with Mrs. D? Who is her family and who was her father having an affair with? Further more who is her DADDY? Connection to Ali.....how she got to the Dollhouse and SOOOO much more!!
I def agree with this video......end game is MELISSA.....she is the one who had every boyfriend, fiancé and husband cheat on her.....revenge is typical. Melissa is the ONLY person on the whole show that is connected to EVERY character in some way. Some things she says and does is truly SHADY BOOTS!!! Excited to see the rest of the season!!
in season 5 episode 12- you see Spencer and mona go back to Radley to get bethany youngs files. That's where they discovered tapes of bethany youngs sessions. If you listen carefully it's sara Harvey voice, which leads me to believe sara Harvey is bethany young. In that scene you hear bethany talking about how Mrs dilaurentis was having an affair with bethany youngs father. Now my second thought was after mona was supposedly be dead, they were a scene of Ali being visited by mona taking her to the past, where we see Ali discovering 2 yellow dresses. Mrs dilaurentis tells Ali not to tell Mr dilaurentis because she didn't want him to leave them. Which brings me to think one of they yellow dresses were for bethany. As wee all know Mrs dilaurentis took bethany young to horse riding etc. And the man at the horse riding said they were a bucket incident because Mrs dilaurentis was trying to get bethany to call her aunty. Which also could be Mrs dilaurentis was trying to cover her tracks of having an affair with bethanys father and also Mrs dilaurentis was on the board at Radley x
okay, this is pretty awesome and it made me believe that Wren could be A/Charles but if so, how could it be that he lived in radley and broke out as Charles and came back as Wren without anybody notice it? Just two years and everybody forgets his face?
Loveely You He left Radley when he "died" at 16. He snuck back into Radley at Labor Day to snatch Bethany and go after Ali. Bethany maybe slipped up to Leslie about running away together with Charles, that's why Lesli only "heard" his name once.

There are so many cases of people with no relation, who resemble each other... and Charles was supposed to have died seven years before Wren came to Radley. Even if the staff thought Wren looked similar (Eddie was pretty suspicious), they could never prove him to be Charles when papers say he is dead. Especially not if he had adopted a fake identity and forged a liscence.
Okay, your theory is very waterproof......Let's see next week who is right:)

In the books, Ali was thought to have died in a burning house after she revealed herself as A. But but later on it was revealed that she actually escaped with the help of her accomplice who became the last A.
No they can't have another girl in the yellow top ... That would be ridiculous! But what if "Sara Harvey" is Bethany??? Thee are so many questions not answered about Bethany young and Ms D and they can't be answered without her being alive
Megan Coughlan Sara Harvey was confirmed to be really Sara Harvey on twitter recently. Bethany Young is dead. It's not necessary for her to be alive, since her death will probably play in A's motive. I don't think we will ever see a flashback of her, because she was spoken by a voice actress, who is too old to play a teenage girl.

DesireDIY Yes, they were in the pilot. It was confirmed Big A may, or may not be in this episode. But Keegan Allen teased there are clues to Big A even back in s1. So that at least rules out some characters, like Andrew or CeCe.

I also share this theory but I've been wondering if Melissa is blackmailed by wren or if she is also an evil master planner. If wren gets killed in 6x10, the endgame could be about BW/Melissa's revenge. What do you think life after the time jump will be about ? :)

Megan Coughlan In order for the story to make sense now, Bethany has to be dead. It's actaully better story if her murder is a part of Charles' motive. I think she was just introduced to explain A's backstory once he's revealed.
