    I love mine. Was so worth the money. I had the same issue with the screw holes and some parts that didn't line up all the way. But i was able to get it together no problem.

    Check out the Springer Perilous. Its a high fps printed blaster that also has a linier rail for a smooth prime. My beta unit perilous hits 330 fps on an sf25 spring. Much lighter prime. My apex has s TON of wobble in the magwell.

    I noticed throughout your video the magazine’s wobble a lot in the mag well. There’s a noticeable gap on both sides. If anyone wants to field this, your going to need to design your own inserts to remove the slop.

      I have an apex. The magazine slop is REALLY bad. Like insanely bad. Very disappointed in the blaster overall. It's way expensive and the QC is bad. I have. If I could go back in time I definitely wouldn't buy it.

    I understand and respect that every blaster has its place, but at this price point some of these flaws seem unacceptable. I passed on a chance to try one at Maryland, as 2/3rds of our local games are capped at 100 fps as we play with young kids. For some of us it isn't about constantly pushing for a higher fps.

    I know exactly how you feel, when you are waiting for that special blaster, I waited a Year and a half for my Nova. Right, FPS isn’t everything, I go with comfort. If you can’t use it for battles, tell some friends to bring a few bucks over, and have a Sniper Competition. It is a really nice looking blaster though, thanks for the review!

    Overpriced and doesn't need to be fully metal to get a "smooth prime" and high FPS numbers. Then it has a fixed, proprietary stock that you can't change to suit your ergo? What a joke.
    Edit: and some batches are missing necessary screw holes? For that price the QC shouldn't overlook something so basic.

      If only the Worker Harrier would allow for >300 fps on 1.2g heavy darts, it would be the perfect blaster for me. The Apex Prime is currently the only super high fps blaster, but you are right, for the price you would expect something else. They could at least pre-build it properly instead of selling you a DIY kit with parts missing and a lousy manual.

      just get something like a kirin TBH. Talon adapters exist for them and theyd be half the price.

      @@catarianepeta The Kirin is awesome. I've got one with the heaviest spring.

    While not for everyone, there's a place in the hobby for extremely high end blasters. It doesn't mean that the Apex supplants something like the Harrier, but it really is something special. I've had mine for a month and a half now and it's been the only thing I shoot because it's so satisfying.
    That said, as an evolution of the Construct I wish the Apex had a few quality of life enhancements. First would be eliminating trigger slop and the second is adding a trigger guard. The blaster's easy to customize so I was able to add spacers and made myself a guard but it does bring us back to the issue of price tag. Beyond that, the one big complaint I have is the assembly guide; it's terrible. Sabre support on Discord is fantastic but they really should have updated that thing months ago.
    On last note: the thread for the spring cap is mil spec so it can be swapped with a buffer tube. The stock spinning freely is not a design fault; the castle nut just needs to be tightened down further. Tools exist but I've found that hand tightening is enough to keep mine in place.

    So many issues for such a high price point. I've read quite a few comments about bad QC. I wanted to buy the Apex Prime and have it on my list for a few months now, but the more I read about it, the more I feel I should stick with my Phantom Tech Kirin and wait for an updated Apex Prime. Maybe Sabre even replace that outdated fishing line SCAR with a proper BCAR.

    • @frozenfade
      @frozenfade Месяц назад +1

      They have a bcar, it just costs an extra 100 dollars l.
      I have an Apex, I definitely do NOT recommend it to anyone. Way to expensive and very underwhelming.

      @@frozenfade Can you elaborate a bit further on the issues you're having with the Apex? The few reviews out there are somewhat mixed. Some people praise the Apex like it was the best blaster ever, while others do mention quality issues and bad user experience.

    • @frozenfade
      @frozenfade Месяц назад +1

      @@danielleinad6019 if it cost 300 dollars I would be much happier with it. Mine some of the screws don't fit. The non adjustable stock is uncomfortable. It's heavy as hell. The prime on it for over 300 fps is very heavy. The side prime grip is too small. The magwell is terrible with a TON of wobble. The fact that it does not come with a grip is insane considering the cost of the blaster. Assembly is a pain in the butt considering you basically have to loctite every screw in the blaster since it's all metal on metal. I would personally prefer a tighter barrel like a 509 over a 13mm. I have a printed springer that hits harder with a much easier prime. I could build 4 or 5 of that springer for the cost of the apex. So many people equate metal to being good. You will notice a LOT of the people saying it's the best thing ever also claim printed blasters are bad.

    Well first of all better late than never as far as the scratches I can consider those to be true test of it being game used
    There is ways to tighten up that foregrip so you don't have that problem mine is tight like that now go see Peter Parker for that one
    The magazine longer magazines to wobble especially kodo mags but you're right it is not a CQB blaster
    Now as far as the weight yeah it weighs about as much as a fully decked out AR-15 again I'm used to wait like that because I own AR-15s my son who's 15 carries this blaster he wants it with a 30k spring 700 mm barrel and he's side primes
    This Blaster here when you go above the stock spring you're going to want to side prime because you're going to have a beast of a time trying to pump a 30k spring with a foregrip no matter how much weight you left
    I personally love mine I have the international silver edition but I got mine straight from Sabre direct
    The stock if you're unhappy with the stock you can put a buffer tube in it if the original stock is too short for you you can buy an attachment to it which will add about 4 in to it that's what I have on mine
    Did that to where it doesn't wobble it's got a castle not there use it tighten down with the castle nut and it won't move
    Very nice review I'm glad to see that you finally got one again as I said better late than never
    The only question I have because I have this Blaster is and again I mean this with no disrespect but where did you get your Mini-Me and what is the by link for your mini me

    Problem with nerf is no matter how much you spend on a blaster, the darts are trash and inaccurate due to low quality and inconsistent production. Waste of money, but does look cool.
