The most optimized Unreal Engine 5 title is Manor Lord. It holds world record for the most Optimized Unreal Engine 5 title that can run on acceptable frame rate between 40 to 70 FPS, on Core2Quad CPU. Yes, you read that right. Paired with RTX 4070. No other "new" Unreal Engine titles that can run smoothly on Core2Quad CPU. Let alone even launching the game on it.
@@niezzayt3809 lmaoo who is testing such an ancient cpu with that gpu. Unrealistic as hell but sounds so interesting. I couldn't tolerate my i79700 anymore.
@@reizen5659 here's how or why. Unreal Engine 5 has direct access to C++ console (obviously duh) but you literally need at least 20 years of C++ experience to know about off-loading Parallelism. Which is basically something that Manor Lord devs did. The game itself requires CPU instructions set that doesn't exist on Core2Quad , yet the game runs anyway. How's that possible? They off-loaded the Game's instructions set from CPU to GPU. Which means RTX 4070 does 95% the heavy lifting. While the Core2Quad is pretty much just doing the game files call from SSD and then some memory management and also AI behaviour movements. Still! The CPU reaches 100% usage anyway. That's why they needed 20+ years of experience in C++ because this optimization can only be done by manually typing the code. There's no "Toggle menu" for such level of Parallelism in UE5

yeah that's normal for low demanding games, I assume you're still getting high frames when the gpu is not maxed out. Also make sure to plug in your laptop when gaming.
Also it heavily depends on the game, some games are more cpu bounded such as csgo and some games are more gpu demanded like god of war and cyberpunk which will easily max out your gpu usage. In valorant, that's a cpu bounded game so expect your gpu to not get maxed out, same as for GTA V which is a pretty old game so it's not that demanding with a 4060.
i think your cpu is actually being bottlenecked, i have a Ryzen 5 5600 and my cpu uti was at 60-70% usage during my own benchmark with your exact settings, i have a 4060 btw
DLAA eats lots of fps vs just native TAA on my 2070s @1440p im playing all low settings except effects, global illumination, draw distance/models is set to medium, textures at ultra. i prefer dlss quality but have to use performance to stay around 100 fps also why game looks like using LODs instead of nanite?

did you Bench the "Once Human" Game ?
This game performs overall better on AMD if RT is off, by a large margin. I own Amd and Nvidia both many gpus.
Manor Lords is UE4
@@zWORMzGaming oh right, but my point still stand out because most UE4 games won't even launch on Core2Quad CPU anyway
@@niezzayt3809 props to the devs. 20 years of raw skill demonstration
The finals wasn’t terribly optimised, except for the cpu
Finals: Am I a joke to you?
And tbf, compared to ASA's graphics, this is rather unspectacular looking, imo.
But at least this UE5 title actually scales with resolution, unlike ASA.
Game reminds me of Destiny 2 if it was always 3rd person.
it looks blurry.
Am I the only one who has constant stutters in the game, and if I am, do you guys have any idea why? Might it be RAM?(I have 16 GB) Or the GPU(RTX 3060 12 GB version)? Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Have you compile the shader ?
I think the stutter due to the network rather then the spec, I run the game on my 1650 laptop and no stutter 😂
@@mrbobgamingmemes9558 Doesn't it do it automatically when you load into the world?
@@viralnetworkenterprise3898 I haven't played this, that's why I asked you
@@quangphucvu6286 I have 1 GBPS speed, don't think it is the network
Would it be smart to buy a 4060 ti on Black Friday, or should I wait for the 50 series to be released?
Can you please talk about lossless scaling frame generation
I used it on my gtx 1660s and it's insane 🔥🤯
Honestly i use it on my 4060 and it makes the game super input laggy. Lossless scaling does not like this game. However lossless scaling is a super cool tool regardless. Also frame gen on this game looks awful in albion.
Running it on a 1650 super its shader hell
No
I dont think its optimized
We've had better looking games that performed better than this
Yeah, but not UE5 games
@zWORMzGaming yeah true
Most UE5 games perform really badly
This one doesn't look all that special
But at least it doesn't perform terribly
Exactly!
@@gamingisinmydna479this still look much better than lag zone warfare honestly
Albion and Kingston are the least demanding areas in this game...
Can you test "icarus" benchmark that game is kinda intensive
This game is not exactly optimised but it is not problematic like other ue5 titles at least. It is alright , can also be improved later
Most other UE5 have absolute garbage Optimization that made this one felt well optimized.
Please make a minimum and recommended system requirements video
Day 1 of asking to do amd radeon rx 7000 series
Guys still complaining on vram even if this is clear example how this gpu is actually held back by raw power and not vram. womp womp,
I think it would be better if you did the default settings, like low medium and high settings and tested the game.
I'm upgrading from a 16Gb RAM to 32Gb both DDR5, is there a noticeable difference between 5600 and 6000 MHz for the RAM speed?
I played on my 3050 4gb mobile i5 12500h 16gb ddr4 fine.❤🎉 60 fps was fine at 1080p low😄
hey zwormz im thinking to buy an rtx 4080 super but the rtx 50xx series coming too . i just dont wanna wait it because i have 1k dollar for gpu. and the thing that i buy from rtx 50xx series for 1k dollar is gonna give me the same performance as the rtx 4080 super. my opinions are like this but i wanted to get your opinion too. what do you think what can be equal to or similar to rtx 4080 super from rtx 50xx series? and how long can rtx 4080 super stand to me?( i will play 1440p resoulation ultra settings) thanks in advance for your answers have a nice day !
i was thinking of getting an rtx 3070ti but im worried 8gb vram wont be enough, do you think it would be enough for 1080p RT and ultra settings?
I got a Laptop with rtx 4060 and ryzen 7 7735hs and the gpu is not maxing out in Games until i set the game to highest settings. In valo i get Like 30% utilisation and in gta 60% can someone help me?
yeah that's normal for low demanding games, I assume you're still getting high frames when the gpu is not maxed out.
@@phensanji2501 I get like 70fps in GTA online and 120 in Story Mode so thats why Im wondering
What frame rate counter does he use? It doesnt appear to be MSI afterburner
i think your cpu is actually being bottlenecked, i have a Ryzen 5 5600 and my cpu uti was at 60-70% usage during my own benchmark with your exact settings, i have a 4060 btw
you think rtx 4060 is better than rtx 3060 ti ?
game is so unoptimized. wait till you are in a large battle with other players... gpu usage drops massively
can u try still wakes the deep? another ue5 game
DLAA eats lots of fps vs just native TAA on my 2070s @1440p
im playing all low settings except effects, global illumination, draw distance/models is set to medium, textures at ultra. i prefer dlss quality but have to use performance to stay around 100 fps
also why game looks like using LODs instead of nanite?
its not that optimize, rtx 3070 is more powerful than 4060. im getting 60 fps all the time BUT when you go to white gulch, if so many enemies spawn and teammates appear in one screen, it will be 38fps experience
which software did u use to monitor fps
