I must have watched 20 of your videos by now, but this one is especially good because you talk about how quitting on your own terms is more beneficial than life making this choice for you (usually at the worst time)
Thanks for make me feel like I’m not going through this completely alone! You should sleep soundly knowing that your videos have such a positive impact on people, great job 👏

Commented here before a while back stating I’m quitting but I relapsed been thinking about it again and I checked this channel and you just uploaded about nic so I took it as a sign I should quit I’m 16 and I don’t wanna deal with this addiction and all the negatives it brings into my life for the rest of my life it’s Sunday November 7th 2021 and I’m dropping nicotine hopefully the school week will keep me distracted during the first few hard days wish me luck everybody and I encourage you if you haven’t quit to do so this addiction is nothing but pure destruction to so many aspects of your life and we should not accept the damage it does to us for some stupid small dopamine rush that goes away in minutes it’s pointless and insane thank you for all the work you do here Dr. Frank it’s much appreciated

I’m on a streak of quitting things. First it was kratom, then two weeks later it was caffeine, and now it’s nicotine. I’ll say after quitting two things and seeing how much better that makes me feel, this withdrawal has a more positive spin since I know I’ll feel better a week or two from now. The idea that your body is healing itself is helpful to get through the discomfort.

Hmmm nothing as bad as a cold Turkey benzo. I started smoking to try and cope with the anxiety from 12 years of kolonopin and 3 years of Lunesta. It didn’t work just revved up the benzo withdrawals. It gets you addicted quickly though because of the added depression on top of chemical damage depression. Doctors are abruptly stopping benzos instead of tapering them. There should be more videos of warning people of the most dangerous drug ever. So my new nicotine withdrawals will only be a little anxiety hunger and insomnia that I’ve already got so I won’t be able to tell you on that. Allan Carr easy way to stop smoking

I’ve done drugs from Psychedelics to Heroin, not proud at all of course really stupid and naive decision to NEVER commit but i was one the ones that got out, thankfully. But i have to say, one thing i never was able to quit was nicotine. To my experience that’s the most addictive compound i’ve ever encountered in my whole life. To anybody that’s reading this and have not tried nicotine, which is unlikely due to the title but anyways, if you’re one of those then don’t ever do this stupid decision. Listen to your parents advice😉 it’s not COOL at all.
