I quit smoking been two months ... I cannot thank this lady for helping me quit .... I tried quitting dozens of time but failed .... now I am cognitively so aware that i am quitting rationally
Glad the CBQ Method videos have helped you Rehman!!
I also used to dip tobacco(extra strong), it's very popular in Scandinavia, here we call it snus. But I decided to quit using the CBT method, and I'm full 4 days without nicotine. It really isn't that bad, I only experienced withdrawals on the second day.
I chewed literally everywhere and all the time. Right when I woke up, on my way to work, at work, at school, at the gym, in bed. I thought this would be impossible, but with the right mindset and understanding that this method offers, it really is so smooth!
That's inspiring, how are you doing now?
I'm trying to quit that too I'm on day 4
I have done it too....
11 long years...
Scott , well explained .....
Let's all get back to life......
Embrace the withdrawal. Amazing story. Thank you for sharing.

My sound was great! Thank you Nasia for all that you do and I really enjoyed the video. I've always thought of it as one of my best friends and I know I need to change my mind set there before I will succeed.
Scott Congrats on your success?

This was a happy story :)
I think every day, "I need to quit smoking." It is obviously such a waste of potential. I appreciate your videos, I just found this channel today, but I am considering going through the program. I pretty much had my mind made up already, that's why I was looking for a program.
Thanks 🙏
Sometimes I get these feelings, hard to describe, like I am myself from the past. It is more than a memory. I'm so grateful when it happens because I feel more at peace, I am able to feel how life used to be without so many unhealthy habits.
I would like to get my life back to that.
I am happy for Scott that he is finding this place again in his life. It is devine.
happy for you buddy 👍
Great video. Very helpful for me
This woman is a Angel 😇
Just wanted to say on this way thanks. With the help of this channel I have stop smoking. I have smoke around 20 years and I am now a year free of it.
I sometimes still think on smoking but it wouldn't be worth it to have all this withdrawal struggle again.
And I am also a ex-smoker without hate to active smokers. That was always important for me because I have still smoking friends with which I like to spend my time together.
Congratulations!! Thank you for taking the time to share how this channel help you on your journey. It makes us so happy!
Thanks Scott!!
Don't know WHY you'd want to quit. Dipping is a wonderful enrichment of my life the past 5 to 6 years. I enjoy it but I don't understand why it would be hard to quit if for some reason you want to. It's not actually addictive. People just build it up to be.
Thank you dear, you are amazing. It's been 2 days since I quit smoking and in process. God bless you 🙏🙏
Progress i want to start😢
Thank you Scott
I quit 5 min ago..
Hi, I’m new here. This would is day 20 since I quit dipping tobacco. Also I want highlight, this is about 20th attempt and this is longest time I have ever. So, feeling very hard but I will not give up this time. I had been dipping for 25 years since I quite this time. So, I have a lot to share. Please let me know anything I can do from this point not to go back.
Nasia, ma'am embrace the cravings
That pointing makes it out of the box
As a Muslim we have been saved from many bad habits because of our strict rules on alcohol and drugs but I don't know how tobacco smoking slipped into the Muslim community or humanity at large, good thing our scholars have ruled it impermissible now, I am trying to quit smoking and I am grateful that I am not addicted to anything else because it was strictly forbidden, I am grateful to Allah (God)

My Muslim friend smokes. I knew Muslim men that use to drink. It's about personal choice. Religion may not allow smoking and drinking but that hasn't stopped many individuals from addiction.
