I stumbled across this online while searching for a better way to quit. I have been smoking for a very long time now and I am literally sick of it but I find it hard to quit. I have tried everything, from patches to nicotine gum, cold turkey and vaping. I want and need to stop more than ever before. I am so happy to have found this and Immediately after reading the article, I was very motivated to follow this process so I signed up for the webinar. I am hoping and praying this works. Good luck to everyone else who is also on this journey as well.

    Dear Nasia ,
My life would have been so different had I known about this joker running my life 😅

I quit cold turkey 7 days ago.. amazingly it wasn't as hard as I thought.. the problem I have now is my sense of smell has went super man.. and that's not a good thing.. hehe. I still have cravings. But, everyday they get easier to ignore. 40 years of smoking 2 packs a day. $ 420 a month up in smoke. I feel so much better... thank you, your videos did help

if you have the stamina to quit for 7 days, you also have the stamina to limit yourself to a few cigarettes every day.

Thank you for this video. I was feeling like a total loser just now for needing a cigarette. I've been smoking nonstop for almost 15 years. I used to smoke up to 20-30 cigarettes per day and last year i cut it down to 15.
Since 2023, I'm down to 4-8 and Now - I'll be mindful about the little devil sticks and try to kick them to the curve.
I've just watched the video about the 4 stages - Wish my luck, I'll need it

Instead of quitting, just remain at that level of 4-8 every day.

I stopped smoking 18 days back and after a gap of 16 days smoked 2 cigarettes each yesterday and day before. It's been a day and I am again on the path of no smoking.

Beautifully explained. Loving the content of your videos and the way you put things across. I actually feel like you are communicating with my joker (nicotine monsters) more and more and I actually feel like I’m gaining enough strength and tools to hopefully quit once and for all. Keep up the great work 👌 I fully believe this method will be the only way that I will manage to stop for good. It HAS to work in fact.. cos I have tried EVERYTHING else :(

Sage vs Joker... I like this.
Whenever my craving mind comes up with reasons I need to stop whatever I am doing and go have a smoke, I need to pause and ask myself who is managing my life choices - The Sage or The Joker?

Quitting smoking is one of the things I would rather put off tricking myself that one day I'll do it. However, i found this video and am looking forward to your upcoming webinar to finally help me quit

Those that have the determination to quit also have the determination to limit themselves to 8-10 cigarettes every day.

As easy as it seems, and is a proven quit smoking route .... The CBQ Method is still hard for some. (Myself included.) But is the method I am using for my non smoker journey. Thank you!

Same. What's even the point if you still have to smell it in your home and kiss an ashtray? Married to a smoker, mom, dad, friends & basically everyone I know smokes. It just seems impossible. I'll still be surrounded by it constantly even if I myself quit.

I'm sorry I speak English but I swear my head doesn't speak English so I would have to watch videos over and over again I watch action stuff but I need to watch less action and more mental because we're not really supposed to be fighting each other at all. I feel so godly when I don't smoke it like I'm breathing the whole atmosphere
