Have you thought about putting a lower, larger front rack (aka a mini cargo bike), on that design? The long forks look like they would handle it well, and it would make for a cool tiny cargo bike.
@theurbanbike1646 I have a ti Paratrooper minivelo with 24" front forks. Both in carbon and one with mtn bike suspension. Love it. Made by Davis Carver, Carver Bikes.

There are some elements to this machine that I like, but why the elongated front fork ?
To give a sportier look with short head tube and short spacers. Minivelo mtb style
