I get muscle spasms in my thoracic spine. I do exercises to try to strengthen the muscles.

I have osteoporosis, and my vertebrae were tender if I pressed on them . I started taking 4000 iu daily with vitamin K, which forces the circulating calcium into bones. My vertebrae are no longer tender.
