- Swiss Meringue Buttercream is silky smooth, very versatile, and perfect for people who find American buttercream to be too sweet and greasy. It requires more effort than normal buttercream but the result is spectacular, it's fluffy, light, slightly salty and most importantly less sweet!
I always use this for my favourite old school buttercream cakes, swiss rolls (The links are at below) and even for macarons, plus, this buttercream is pretty stable and stays well in hot and humid weather, if you are looking for a less sweet buttercream, please give this a try ♥

RECIPES:
45GM EGG WHITE
60GM GRANULATED SUGAR
110GM SOFTENED SALTED BUTTER
1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
FLAVOUR: (OPTIONAL)
2-3 TBSPS SALTED CARAMEL SAUCE/MELTED CHOCOLATE/JAM
PANDAN SWISS ROLL:

COFFEE SLICE CAKE:

45克 蛋清
60克 细砂糖
110克 软化有盐牛油
1/2茶匙 香草香精
味道: (自由添加)
2-3汤匙 咸焦糖酱/融化巧克力/果酱

想請問一下可否使用無鹽奶油? 這個份量是可以塗抹兩層六寸圓蛋糕嗎?

可以使用無鹽奶油的喔,如果只是不包括裱花,薄薄的一層是足夠的,需要多的话,份量可以改去60克蛋清,80克细砂糖,140克的無鹽奶油😊
