- Today I'm going to show how easy it is to protect your vehicle's paint using Shine Armor Fortify Quick Coat. It's not a wax, but a waterless wash and hydrophobic spray that's 20 times stronger than wax.
This is an honest review, as I received no payment from Shine Armor to make this video.

Thank you for the review, I use their other product Torque Detail mirror shine, and its great also. I'm going to use this product the next time.
I got some out of curiosity, as an inbetween refresh, say a few days after a wash and the car has some dust and maybe some tiny bug roadkill, it's excellent I wouldn't just wash it with it. My car isn't a daily, doesn't go out in the rain and is ceramic coated.
I wish they wouldn’t advertise it as a wash, it’s really not. Great as a final step after a quick wash, but it definitely is not something I’d wash my car with.
Thanks for your review, its really helped me in knowing how best to apply 😄
Someone mentioned a foam wax, what is that? I just purchased a 2023 Kia 3 months ago, and have purchased the Shine Armor from HSN, but now questioning if I should use. Your thoughts, please.
I've never used a foam wax. So far the best product I've tried is Ceramic Coating by Avalon King
Great stuff thank you
Hello from Healesville Australia, thanks for honest review I have some shine armor on the way to me, eager to try it on my 2007 Ford Focus.
Have you tried it yet? Also Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺 here so know your pain with our psycho weather lol one second ☀️ next 🌧 lol
So do you recommend this product and do you suggest a wash and foam wax (like a drive thru car wash) prior to applying Shine Armor?
I applied this before putting the car into storage for 6 months. After getting the car out of storage I have only washed it a couple of times and the paint feels like none of the product is left on the surface. Traditional wax will last longer. Although less work to apply, the shine armor will need to be applied more often.
And you are correct, the car must be clean before applying shine armor.
@@6thGearGarage how long does this last? Good for 1 month or so?
@@yourmanzach2307 can’t say for sure, as the car I put it on stays parked inside all the time and only gets driven once in a while on nice days.
@@6thGearGarage thanks
So my car is a 2020 and i have some rail dist already. Will iron remover work for the rail dust and is this worth getting for a newer car?
I don't own anything that deserves that product 😂 That was pretty neat to watch the water evacuate the premises on the old Toyota hood though!
I tend to neglect detailing, usually do more wrenching. It's gotta run right before I make it look shiny.
@@6thGearGarage Totally! I also tend to get more and more body damage every time I wheel lately.. Haha
The price corresponds the quality.
Awesome video!
Thanks !! very helpful!
Hey thanks for your honest review it really helped me make my decision. I have a Nissan Altima V6 3.5 TiS in Gun Metallic & is a biatch to keep clean in Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺. One second the suns out the next it’s pouring rain. So definitely gonna give this a try!!! Also is it safe to use on plastic headlights? Thanks in advance. Cheers André 👍🏼🙏🏼✌🏼
It is safe for plastic headlights 👍 thanks! My only complaint is they send me a lot of junk email, so don’t give them an important email address.
I just got this product and it's suck! I just spend 2 hrs with 1/3 of my 2021 Palisade done. It's toooooooo greasy to wipe off. It's not easy like the video is showing. I'm breaking a freaking sweat trying to wipe off all of the smudges and streaks. NO, second buy for me.
I would contact the seller. It wasn’t like that at all when I used it.
did you really got shine armor ? lol
None Better Fact for Real
it rubbish only use on windows of my car bmw 330i 2001 70000km
Lasted one wash. Rubbish
It’s just a joke product. Don’t waste your money.
Unfortunately, I just lost out about $24 worth of shit product. I'm not going to buy it again.
Can you explain plz ?
Fist!!!
Ha... what goes around comes around!
Don't buy this product is worthless.
