First time through, I'm feeling good, feeling pumped. By the end of the second time through I'm struggling to keep myself up on the mat. Definitely need to take more frequent and longer rest periods. Feels good when I'm done though.
The amount of mental cursing I did during this session would make anyone blush. I can’t believe the challenge is almost over! This is my first ever fitness challenge and I’m so happy with my results so far! I even started going back to the gym to start toning a bit! I followed juice mainly but I did catch myself needing to follow toya a couple times. Thanks again for this!!

Love the workout indeed 🔥🔥! Even though I broke off too much sweat after the two workouts, I definitely maintained to replenish the fluids lost by drinking enough water (no less than 100 ounces), as well as, to stay hydrated for the day. I am more encouraged to finish strong 💪🔥!

I did this after a 30 minute HIIT dumbbell workout. I was angry the whole time, I actually almost cried. For some reason I thought it would be two sets but realized I signed up for three. I could have stopped after two but I powered through. I feel like jelly and I will sleep well 😴 thank you! J&T are the only workouts I do 💪🏽

Week 4, Day 3: I love a good core workout!! My favourites are the Russian Twist and Cross Jabs. I set a reminder on my computer every hour to make sure I’m drinking plenty of water during the day. 💧
I losed weight from 70 Kg to 55kg because of your vedios and control food. I'm so proud. And thank you. I will keep going. My goal is 50kg. THANK YOU ❤️
Week 4, Day 3 - Double cardio for the day and abs. Felt good. Got my ever present 30oz bottle on my desk at work that gets filled up 3 - 4 times a day.
This was a nice finisher after the first cardio. My abs are getting very well trained this week, I'm amazed how much they can take by now 💪my dad decided one workout was enough for him, so he watched my form instead for this one 😉 to fully finish of my cardio day I'm gonna go for a walk and get my 1000+ skips on jump rope.
I loved this "core-dio". Added it to my favourites. I will be definitely coming back to this workout often after the challenge. I felt everything and my abs were on fire! Had to push really hard at one point but it felt so good to complete it!
Loved this workout. As a woman who has had children, I focus on my core quite a lot so I added dumbells to some of the moves here to really push myself.
Thanks so much I like workouts like this because I get worn out doing a bunch of jumping jacks and burpees but I wanna do my cardio later in the day but I prefer 15 mins
LOVE your workouts!!!! This one was fun with added jumping jacks between each exercise to add some more cardio and an extra BURN. Tried to get 8-10 jumping jacks between each exercise and 20 between each set of exercises....it was a challenge!!! THANKS
This was good. I have made every workout within the challenge so far, but this week has been hard to motivate. I am also more exhausted than the past weeks/workouts. You both are great! Thanks for the workout and motivation.
Definitely got my core fired up! Was a nice pt 2 to the cardio video - will definitely need to hydrate after all that! So far today, I have gotten about 60oz of water, and will hopefully have 20-40 more before bedtime!

That one left me feeling super accomplished (and exhausted 🤣). Interesting to see my progression of cardio from W1 to W4. Made a habit of drinking lots of water during this challenge and am up to almost 2 gallons a day!
