20 Minute Complete Ab Workout At-Home: For Advanced and Beginners (No Equipment)

  • This 20 minute (At-home) ab workout will show you that you don’t need much time or equipment to fire up your abs . This ab workout is created to target your entire core- working in multiple different planes, and working all the muscles of the core. This workout will build the muscles of the core, and increase core stability and strength. We are also showing you two variations of the exercises, so that you can tailor the workout to your strength and intensity level. If you are more advanced, you can follow Juice, and Toya will be leading the more regressed versions of the exercises. We also have cues to the work and rest times, so you can follow along to our pace! Feel free to pause the workout if you need more rest. If you are following Toya, keep trying this workout until you’re able to follow Juice.

    Done Week 4 Day 1 - total workout today 85 Minutes. I struggled not going to lie. I almost gave up 10 minutes into this one. But I am not allowing myself to quit any longer!! So I got it in!! Hope everyone had a great workout!

    Did this workout after one of your Full-Body workouts today and I loved it. I particulary enjoyed the isometric holds at the end and felt super engerised after!
    I've already done a couple of your workouts and you guys seriously rock! Your workouts are versatile but not too crazy. The fact that you always offer modifications makes your workouts accessible for every fitness level, which encourages more people to work out. Hopefully, more people find your channel, you deserve more recognition!

    I'm 9 months in on my lifestyle change. I've lost 25 kg, now I'm on my last 5 to lose. I've been working out 5-7 times a week, and finally I could do this, too!! What an achievement! Thank you!

    Going to be honest, I really did not want to do this after the 20 minute High Intensity workout for Week 3 Day 2 but am so glad I did! Hurts so good!

    I have been fit. I have been slim. I have been healthy. I have been strong. I have been each one of these things at any one time , yet I have never been any three or more at one time. I am more strong, healthy, slim, and fit , at the same time,I have ever been in my adult life!!! Thank you two so much!!!

    Yes! I was able to finish this workout strong which means my core has definitely gotten stronger ! I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished thanks to you guys ! These weeks have been amazing and this is the first time i stay consistent and motivated throughout the entire challenge . I know we still have 4 more workouts left but I already know I will make it.     This is a great ab workout I was almost dripping with sweat. This has always been my go to core workout and I simply love this workout. The side plank knee to elbow is tough on one side for me.

    Had a baby 8 weeks ago. I would follow you guys pre baby/during first trimester and do your workouts at the gym! I got half way through my pregnancy and was put on bed rest. I was bummed. A small sadness turned into depression. This was my first work out and tapped out with 5 mins left to go but happy I got my heart rate up and MOVED! You guys are awesome and I appreciated the content then, and definitely do now. Also, congrats on the engagement!

    Day 22 ✅ I really like this workout. My side plank is getting so much stronger, especially the side crunch ones. I BRIBED my brother to finally join me 😬 it was SO MUCH FUN. He's cranky now but I know deep down he's proud of himself. He's been doing virtual uni and not moving much. I'm so proud he gave it a try.

    Wow! This morning I did this workout. There was one part that I started to struggle with and I just laid there for a second. As soon as I laid there I heard Toya say “come on you halfway through” 😮As if she could see me 😅. I immediately pushed through it. I took it as if I needed to keep going. This was an excellent workout for me.

    Core exercises are a beast!! Side planks are not my friend, my foot positioning was not like LaToya’s, but I made it through. I had to hold my knees instead of the world, half way through. 😊. Great workout!!

    So glad I found these workouts. I struggle with core so I did the first 12 min or so. But I had already did the Hiit training and some yoga prior too so I’m pooped lol. But no excuses! I will keep trying until I get stronger!!!!!!!
