Grandparents had a 5.9 ZJ... they let it ROT into the ground. Fun to drive. Plagued with electrical issues.

4lowBC youtube channel had a nice 5.9 ZJ build on thier channel, check it out for some inspiration, the guys name was wreck it ralph i think. 5.9s are really cool, the calfskin interior is pretty sweet, leather armrest and shift knob also. when the 9er came out it was the fastest SUV in the world.

Great find. Leave it as bone stock as possible. Those are so rare that modification is a sin. Find an old ZJ to beat up and lift. It was made to be an all round weapon not a trail based rig. Please don't do anything that would ruin such a beautiful OG Niner.

@cb.offroad Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Less than 15000 made. Started the performance SUV market. A true unicorn vehicle that you want to cut up and modify. At this point, how many stock ones do you think are left? Sad day when another Niner gets butchered. Sad day indeed.

Great to see new content from you. Sorry about the Comanche but I am sure you will find a GREAT home for it.
Can't wait to see the Zj get built.

Hello, I am riding Cherokee ZJ 5.2 in Korea. I have been struggling for a year because of a problem with my car. Have you ever experienced the same symptoms as me? My symptoms are as below.
    1. The engine does not start. (Step on the accelerator, catch it, release it and turn it off.)
    2. If the heat is increased to a certain extent, RPM will be maintained
    3. If you step on and off the accelerator, the RPM may drop a lot and the engine may turn off.
The parts I repaired are as follows.
ignition cable, ignition plug, crank angle sensor, air flow sensor, map sensor, oil pressure sensor, throttle position sensor, IAC valve, throttle body gasket, intake air temperature sensor, oxygen sensor, fuel filter, purge valve, battery
Help me.. I'm under so much stress. Thank you for reading the long scraps and always be happy!
