It's all subjective, but personally I prefer the original music over these new versions. The only music remakes that I've truly enjoyed were the ones on the Dracula Battle CDs back in the 90's.
You can listen to the originals if you use go in the settings and change the ost to the alternative Castlevania soundtrack, which replaces all tracks in the game with castlevania ones

Fun Fact: if you change the game's soundtrack to use 8 bit, the castlevania dlc areas play their original variants of the music i.e Vampire Killer

Kind of miss that old filthy sound you used to get from the ancient soundcards. Really made guitar sections sound amazing

The whole point is to make them fit with the rest of the Dead Cells soundtrack, and in that aspect it works
Dissappointed, tbh. I get they wanted to do the songs in the style of the music of Dead Cells but they just sound boring.
