3 pin flashers are almost interchangeable from many makes and models but they are designed for specific light bulbs in your car, and see what happens if you install a wrong bulb or ground connection is rusted

Hi. can you plz help me. when i connect positive and negative wire the relay start clicking without connect the bulb. jow can i resolved this prob.

If it click only once without bulb attached, that is normal, but it means you connectected the voltage with wrong polarity. When voltage is applied with correct polarity the flasher does not click without a bulb. If it clicks continously (buzzing) then there is a short of some kind in the flasher (bad flasher). It is equivalent to connecting a piece of metal instead of a bulb. What I described is for a good flasher. In your case it could be a bad flasher. Every flasher has some kind of a chip with 8 legs or so, ususally what can become bad, and shorted internally, and that may cause buzzing without bulb
