Be careful. When it screeches like that it means the contacts slam into and out of each other. This may quickly damage the flasher.
This is called a relay
No that's something else called a flasher
it is flasher
It's a flasher. A relay doesn't rhythmically switch things on and off by itself
It literally had a label reading flasher right on it for God's sake
It is not relay relay diverts current to different transducers

Hi. can you plz help me. when i connect positive and negative wire the relay start clicking without connect the bulb. jow can i resolved this prob.
If it click only once without bulb attached, that is normal, but it means you connectected the voltage with wrong polarity. When voltage is applied with correct polarity the flasher does not click without a bulb. If it clicks continously (buzzing) then there is a short of some kind in the flasher (bad flasher). It is equivalent to connecting a piece of metal instead of a bulb. What I described is for a good flasher. In your case it could be a bad flasher. Every flasher has some kind of a chip with 8 legs or so, ususally what can become bad, and shorted internally, and that may cause buzzing without bulb
