We always had a white chocolate cross in our baskets every year seeing this brought back the memories!!
Such a funny video. I’m with Jacob not knowing about all the molded Easter chocolate or butter lamb and I live in Indiana. But now I want a butter lamb to look at every time I open my fridge. Haha Keep having fun Jenny.
My favorite was that giant chocolate choo-choo train that was so cool your childhood was amazing and I'm glad you got to share that with your amazing boyfriend and I'm glad you guys had a good time
Hi Jenn, I enjoyed watching this video it was really fun to watch. So cool to see and hear about your memories from your childhood. I was not familiar with butter lamb. All the chocolates looked so delicious. I have seen a Turkey made out of butter sold around thanksgiving. Thanks for the great video.
Jen you need a T shirt with a butter lamb on it saying Don't mail butter 😂❤
Your personality is infectious! Keep up the great work.
Omg Jacob is just dying through the butter mailing story. Lol
The Easter Lamb!!! Look at all the Polishness!!! I love it 🥰 Great work, Jenn!
My Aunt Darlene would always bring a butter lamb to Easter dinner. She taught us about the importance of butter lambs and the Broadway Market 😊 I miss her
I learned about butter lambs, the earring were so cute! Your enthusiastic joy makes me smile through the whole video. That market is awesome! I would spend so much time happily picking out chocolate! And pierogies are delicious!
It means a lot (I can't express how much) to have Jen and Jacob cover a place that means so much to my city and my culture. I bounce between selfish grief that you two plan to move away and cheering you from the sidelines and wishing you happiness. Please, please (PLEEEZE!) do a meet n' greet somewhere in New York before you go, so your fans here can say goodbye.
My favorite part of Jenn's videos is when she drops an "Oh No."
That means there's a purchase coming up. A costly one at that. 😂😂😂
Congratulations on moving to north Carolina with Jacob you guys are a perfect couple my favorite people 😊
I wish you would have gotten the butter lamb earrings! This was so educational and fun! Polish people really know how to do up Easter! I think I need a box next to my chair with giant Easter bunny remnants! Xoxo
PS: I would totally pack an Igloo cooler to take a butter lamb to Jacob's mom! LOL! I'm so sorry your sister didn't get hers!
This was awesome, Jenn! I had no idea of the butter lamb’s origins lol my grandma in southwest Michigan actually would have one at the Easter meal table on occasion!
Omg my grandson would love this Jenn he's just learnt to say bunny he use to say bun bun which his baby brother has now picked up 😂great to see Jacob keep up the amazing videos ❤
My aunt owned a candy kitchen and used to make us hair brushes and combs out of chocolate. Very cool! My brother had the train and a conductor hat!!! You guys are awesome!!
Happy Easter Jen & Jacob! I just started watching your first video. I just love your personality ❤ You just make everyone instantly happy 😃 😊
Some market. Being part Lithuanian, have a lot of connection to Polish items. Perogis especially.
Love the Easter theme, you can mail butter but it should be in a cooler and you over night it. So yes your sister could have her chocolate and butter for Easter. Always fun to see you two together have a great Holiday.
Actually, you're right. Anybody can ship anything to anywhere if they pay the price. Until now I forgot that when I lived in St. Louis, relatives in Western New York sent me Buffalo-style chicken wings. They arrived just fine.
Thanks for sharing this Jenny! Wishing you and Jacob a very Happy Easter🌷🐰🐇🐣
Happy Easter 🐇🐣 Jacob and Jenny, looks awesome you two. Glade he is there to be with you Jenny. 👍 It's that time of the year for Easter. Jenny would look cute in a springtime dress and some cute soft print socks with flat slip on shoes, and Jacob in a suit lol. Thanks for sharing you two. Stay safe and take care.😊🙏📱🤓
Jenn, thank you for sharing your childhood polish traditions with us❤ love your energy😊 When I was growing up in the 70s I never understood all the polish jokes, and still do not to this day. Not sure how polish people felt about them back then, most likely hurtful😢
I Really Enjoyed Loved this video I Thank you so much this was a Blast. Coming from a Polish family as well The Butter Lamb is one of the most Iconic Traditions in our family.
I remember a super funny story when my father started dating my Mom during Easter time he bought her a packaged Easter "Butter" Lamb she got so Excited thinking it was white chocolate bit the head off the Lamb not knowing had a mouthful of Pure butter in her mouth.
I grew up in South Jersey and my Grandma always had a butter lamb 🐑 for Easter 🐣🌸 and I loved them too 💗 so cute and tasty 😻 Thanks for reminding me of that Jen 🙏💝😺 Happy Easter to Both of You 🌷💞🌼🐰
Good morning my sweet girl ❣️ I'm very happy that Jacob is home. I know you missed him so much. I'm excited that you are moving but, I know how much work it is going to be. Just don't overdo it. Take your time and do some every day. I love you ❤️
Polish girl here too. Fresh polish sausage and butter lambs were always a staple. ❤❤❤
What did we learn today? Don't mail butter.
I just love you❤️😂 I'm German Polish so I "Get" you! You are amazing and keep being you🎉
I really enjoyed this video, it was so informative and your enthusiasm is just so wonderful :) Good work!!
Hello! So happy to see a post again! Good fun you guys!
Happy Easter to the most lovable RUclips couple!
Enjoyed replay thanks for sharing your channel 😀 👍🏼 😊
One of my favorite places to visit before Easter. Thanks for sharing! 👍🐇
That was fun! The chocolate molds were impressive, I've never seen so many. I've only seen the molded butter lambs but those are so cute. ❤
@Jacob the Carpetbagger Exposed Oh happy trolling to you. Thanks for the Lamb catch though
My daughter loves chocolate orange! And I kind of like horseradish not too much. Those decorated eggs were very nice!
Jennny's new catchphrase: Don't mail butter!!!
What you call sponge candy, my family used to call that Angelfood candy. We loved it!!! I grew up in Wisconsin and that candy was always a treat.
Have a lovely break with Jacob Jenn!!! XX
Your videos are fun!😍 I love Ya'll!!
I hope when you move to North Carolina you get to keep all the cats that live there and Cami does okay with the move. I'm excited to live vicariously through you!!!❤❤❤
Awesome video Jen, glad you took Jacob to the Broadway Market, used to go every year, this brought back so many memories. Happy Easter.
I was eating as u said Dyngus day and i choked on my muffin from laughing so hard bc i just hear my brother calling me a Dyngus in the 80s lol. I had no idea it was a Polish tradition.
Hey the Bagger is back, and Jenny Penny is fun as always
Love ❤️ this video! 100% Polish American here. Wish they had a festival like this in Orlando where I live. My mom and baci made a lot of those foods. Miss my mom's potato pancakes and cabbage pierogis. Can get decent potato pierogis "Kalas"? Frozen at Fresh Market. How can I get cabbage pierogis??? Good ones not canned sauerkraut. Go Iga Swiatek!!!!!
Dzien dobre "M-o-T!"*
(*"Member of Tribe!")
So excited for Polish Easter, getting my easter basket ready and got my sugar lamb!
My family is Slavic amongst other things (my grandmother is and catholic too) but we have butter lambs at easter too and make perogies but we make perogies with other food at xmas though. I always wish they had vegan butter lambs since one of my kids has a dairy allergy so we have butter lamb and then just a stick of vegan margarine and we have paska bread too (it's a raisin bread). My kids aren't much of a chocolate or candy much so I never do chocolates and stuff since they don't early but we do fruit instead which they like more. The only one they eat is peanut butter eggs. Hope you guys have a lovely Easter.
omg !your energy level is up there . i love the video. keep them coming jen !!

Man I'm not anything. But the food looks fantastic there. I truly need a shirt. You are so enthusiastic. Keep it up.
Jen, you are so cute!! I would love to come to that market!! All the food looked so wonderful!! All the chocolate forms!! A great fun place!!
We have chocolate molds like that here! Adam's ( a local place) has a contest for a 10 pound chocolate egg. And Hannaford sell butter lambs! Christmas tree butter in December.
That’s very polish Jenn, lol don’t mail butter🤗🥰great to see you and Jacob together. Happy Easter 🐣🐰🐇
I bet that postal carrier was MAD! LOL! 😝
Happy Easter to you and your family.
Hey Jacob 👋
Hi Jen
Cute videos ❤
You get me excited for the day ty
Wishing you both a Happy Easter I'm with you Jen I love orange chocolate and it's so hard to find for Christmas I always stock up on the orange chocolate balls they sell that break apart like real oranges 🍊
Now I have to get a bumper sticker that says "Don't Mail Butter."
❤❤ happiest Easter 🐣
Thank you for the Easter form polish Maker I missed seeing it.
Hi Jenn!!.. Good to see you both XX
I know if Cake decoration that style is called Piped so I guess its a Piped butter Lamb.
I'm not polish but on of my local favourite shops is the Polish supermarket, foods so tasty and often better value than many normal UK shops plus they do Ketchup Cheeto sticks which are my go to when I have the munchies.
Lol at Jacob, " I dont want to eat a naked baby."😂
Half Polish here in Chicago and we had lamb butter that you’d have to put in the family Easter basket to get blessed on Holy Saturday. Ours were more of a molded creature and no ribbon on it or Alleluia flag in its butt! 😬
We also had chocolate bunnies and crosses.
I live in buffalo NY and there always something going on here with festivals coming soon and baseball season starting with the bisons team
Didn't know you were Polish Jenn. I have the Potato Pancakes, Sauerkraut Perogies, and Farmer Cheese crepes all set for the feast. Wesotego Alleluja! 🐰🥕🦆🐥🐇
I don't bother with the butter lamb. I always found it too cute to carve up.
You have a soul sister in MY sister. This year I got her chocolate-covered toffee pretzels because she figures that anything made of chocolate that is shaped like an animal is too cute to eat.
I’m not getting a chance to get there this year but I’ve been going every Easter season since I was born…gotta get the Savage Winery Loganberry wine…it’s fantastic! I swear the horseradish lady has not aged one bit…she looks exactly the same as when I was a kid…I’m 46!
You need a spray bottle when jacob does something wrong 😂
Hi, they are called Matarushka dolls! Love pierogies too!
Sponge Candy is brittle(like nut brittles), that isn’t spread out.
Baking Soda makes the bubbles in boiled sugar.
Sounds like fun
I have never heard of a butter lamb! Of course I know about chocolate bunnies, but not the big ones or any of the other shapes! Out here in southeastern Virginia we just have basic Easter! 😊
I just had corn on the cob…with butter. 😋 just an idea 🌽🧈
I love Polish food💯😋🙏👍
Love your channel ❤
Butter lamb butter land oh butter butter butter butter lamb! Ba doo doo doo [lollipop song]
In the UK we have different chocolate moulded chocolate for easter
I am still laughing at you being in love as a child with Herb the news dude. Love the butter lambs.
Oh, um...sorry, but that's Irv! Irv Weinstein. He was the iconic newscaster for Channel 7 while I was growing up. He'd begin by saying "Topping tonight's Eyewitness News..."
Jim Carrey is familiar with Weinstein's work and that's where he got the inspiration for his movie "Bruce Almighty." Weinstein moved to California for retirement and passed away in 2017.
I used to decapitate my Polish Grandma's butter lambs for Easter as a kid in the 80s. Memories!
Ha! Amazing! Me too! When I was editing this video I was actually thinking 'wow I didn't talk about how I used to like decapitating them...' 😆😆
sponge toffee. made with sugar corn syrup and baking soda
I’m glad you got you a butter lamb
You should leave the original intro it's yours!! Happy easter guys!
Yum,I love horseradish too!
I love horseradish I put it on my steak 🥩
@@dedebones1967 Yes,It's really tasty on brisket
@@dedebones1967 That would be really good. People here in Western New York also like horseradish on sliced roast beef on kummelweck sandwiches. (Our beloved "beef on weck.")
See you have to Google candy shops near Jacobs to check the Easter candy. Maybe he just hasn't been in the right stores!
Are you ever gonna “ get one professionally done” ? 🤣
Sorry this is long: You may as well kiss fun things like the "butter lamb" goodbye when you move to NC. The southeast doesn't operate neeeearly the same (or as well). Like, there's not even a swap for traditions, nothing. I have a lot of theories as to why, perhaps education levels? Values? Morals? Convictions? I don't know. I know there's a ton of emphasis on traditions and cultures in NY because NY is essentially the jumping off point for it all. So, if you're Swedish, Italian, Polish, Norwegian, whatever, you'll find it celebrated in NY. You'll also hear "where are you from?" or a version thereof a lot in NC... it usually means they're acknowledging that you're a northerner (Yankee) and they don't like it. Most Northerners think southerners are cute and most southerners think northerners are awful. I wish I'd known everything I know when making my move from NY to the south (I absolutely wouldn't have left) It's true that I miss NY, it's part of why I watch your videos. However, it's the people of NY... the people who run these markets, festivals, parades, restaurants, those who value these fun things and keep them going that I really miss.
I feel your pain. I lived in Charlotte, NC for 5 years, and that was 5 years too many. Culture-wise, there was more nothing whatsoever to do than I knew what to do with.
Oh my Gosh! A chocolate kewpie 😱
Are you and Jacob heading over to Buffalo tomorrow (April 10) for Dyngus Day?

I would love to have you as a sister! Can you please do a video of walden galleria mall before you leave the area? I miss home and that would be nice to see again. I used to eat at unos a lot.
I'm half Polish on my mother's side and my early years in the late 50s were spent in Hamtramck, a Polish enclave in Detroit. We had perogies, beet soup, kielbasa, city chicken and butter lamb. They also have Paçzki Day before Ash Wednesday. Have a wonderful Easter holiday, Jenn & Jacob and remember 🚫📫🧈🐑!
I was just talking about dyngus day !!!!!!
Hope you saved the butter lamb for dinner!!😅
Yes we love the EVIL Bunnies. Yes.
How does one make a butter lamb
I didn’t know it was called a Butterlamb. I thought it was a Lamb Cake.
2 different things shaped as same animal. 😊
Yeah local bakeries sell cakes in shape of a lamb, or more often, a bunny. There was a bakery right there in the Broadway Market that cranked out 100's of lamb pound cakes every Spring when I was a kid...with black jelly bean eyes and white frosting and coconut to make the fleece...I wouldn't be surprised if the lady who made them is no longer living.
Lol chocolate kewpie!!!
I will always think of you when I see butter lamb!!
Jacob vaguely resembles a kewpie, doesn't he?
Jacob looks tired. Glad he is getting well taken care of so he can rest up.
No sound for me. My tablet is all the way up . 😳
I'M POLISH!
Jenniest Of The Penniest!
