    ▢½ cup Bajri flour

    ▢½ cup besan gram flour
    ▢1 teaspoon green chili finely chopped
    ▢1 tablespoon grated garlic
    ▢¾ cup cilantro finely chopped
    ▢2/4 cup onion finely chopped
    ▢1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
    ▢1 tablespoon coriander powder
    ▢1 teaspoon cumin powder
    ▢½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    ▢1 ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
    ▢1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    ▢2 teaspoon sesame seeds
    ▢1 cup + 2 tablespoon water or as required
    ▢Ghee or oil for shallow frying
