Yes, this is very common issue, this one the ding damage to cornerbead actually cracked side of bead that's why had to refinish side from popped cornerbead. But yes, thank you for the subscription and please view other videos /comment/like

Great tutorial video!! I am currently preparing my two story house to be painted inside starting tomorrow by a painting contractor and had a few of my round corner beads popped out over the last 15 years when we had our two boys so I waited until they are teenagers. You can just imagine how much abuse these walls took. Watching this video will help me now to go back and repair the corner beads. I also like your technique on skip trowel texture since most of the houses within the last 30 years have this texture here in my home state of Arizona. Great Video!! Thank you!

yep kids do mot damage to corners in houses causing dents and corner bead pops most common repair in any house with 3/4 round bullnose bead, Iam located in mesa, so if you're in my area look me up Iam a licensed drywaller out here.

My walls have a texture to them, kind of like orange peel looking. How do I do that before I paint, after fixing the wall with drywall mud?

i have entire playlist of different type of textures have you watched any of these.....well orange peel is a spray texture that requires higher skill of tool level, u may want to just get areas ready for texture then hire somebody just to do texture, if you ask how do I do this texture is question you should ask who should I hire, texture is a skill and takes many years to duplicate match textures especially spray types
