Sole Fish is particularly easy to prepare whole. The meat of the Sole Fish has a particularly firm structure and is very suitable for roasting, steaming or stewing. The meat tastes nutty with a subtle flavor - a pure pleasure!
Ingredients & Spices:
1 Sole Fish ( about 400 g )
20 g butter
2 tsp cornstarch
1 lime
salt and pepper
oil for frying
I recommend a small mixed salad with olive oil as a side dish.
