As a US Army vet, the special forces aspect of Jax is my favorite. It makes him relatable.
I personally like the idea of Titan Havik capturing and transforming Bi-Han into Noob Saibot. Once defeated he could be taken to be healed by Liu Kang and maybe even split into two separate beings. Bi-Han could return to being Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot could then become his own character. If done correctly it could make a lot of people happy. The redemption of Bi-Han would be nice to see and we could still have edgy and evil Noob. Idk just a thought.

and man i dont hate guest character. But man i hate that they take up half the dlc roster. It really prevents us from getting more MK characters. And defnitely prevents us from getting NEW characters. Since they focus on bringing back old characters. Which is awesome. But without guest characters, they wouldnt have to choose between returning and new characters

Ryu Hayabusa makes alot of sense regradless of DOA and NG cancelation, but to go in a similar route William Adams from NIOH, its makes sense in a trend chasing aspect since the show Shogun has been such a hit. You ask "How does this have anything to do with that?", well John Blackthorne from Shogun is actually based on the sailor William Adams, so is the protagonist of NIOH.
But they got rid of him right? Isn’t Nioh create a character based now?

I definitely like your idea of an Killer Instinct character. That would be rad! I think Jago and Fullgore are easy fits. If Street Fighter is on the table Akuma is a dope choice but for some reason I'm feeling Blanka would be an epic add to MK1.

I think the kronika spot is made for customs like when the game first came out it had a plus sign but it couldn’t be interacted but now it has a dragon sign and still can’t be interacted their could be a custom character update l

I would love Kintaro to be playable and i have the perfect idea for him in my opinion.
Since the timeline is new and moreso "different" they could really use the opportunity to add more character to him. I think it would go like he's a lesser shokan and wants to make a name for himself as a warrior but can't. So instead he undertakes underground fighting and becomes champion there. Outworld's Champion in his own regard. The fights can maybe be hosted by the black dragon and maybe its on Earth cause he was banished from Outworld. He can be a grappler/wrestler and use his fire like pyrotechnics. His play style could be like Zangief where he's bad full screen but terrifying up close. He could have a slow fire ball that he can walk behind to get in. His gear item could be a championship belt.
I think it would be lit if we got Kayako from the Grudge series
