yea ? now do a comparisment between the guy just bringing duck tape and putting it on floor and the other one going to get the machine, finding a power socket, seing he needs extention cord, going to find extention cord, coming back, doing that sticking... then brining the machine back, folding the extraction cord.. let's see who will be faster then.. unless u have like 200m of cord to stick... i don't see how this is helpfull.
this would not work on site period.. a hotel venue has carpet. everyone in this industry knows a cable goes over doors or hidden. any good crew minimise cable to the ass hole public that can't see the hard work. i enjoy hiding speak on or dmx.. im not gonna pull that shit out on site

Rubbish he is doing it wrong anyway you should not be gaffa taping the wire in the centre instead you should be gaffing the wire just to halfway of the wire on one side then overlapping on the other this way your dmx or xlr is not going to get wrapped in gaffa tape and you will not be wasting precious beer time picking little bits of gaffa of the cable

Massive waste of tape. Definitely do not need to cover all the wire surface to make safe. Clever product idea
but ultimately useless.
