HI I need some Help , I have some Polycom CCX 400 Business Media IP Phone that did not come with Teams embedded them. Is it possible to have it initialized and setup for teams... That is to have it start up as team certified or Teams enabled Phones... Please Help we already have these phones for over 6 months but brand new
hey man i have set this up using Business Premium Licenses + Teams Phone with Calling Plan (zone 1 UK/Canada) I can ring out and take calls direct to the phone number purchased from MS, but can't see where I am getting charged for outbound minutes or do they come with calling plan? Sorry there so many options!
want to understand an additional thing , i have the Microsoft Teams Domestic Calling Plan but i don't have any minutes thing , do i have to pay for another additional add on to add credit to call an external user ? Also i cannot see the teams phone standard in the add-ones all what i want to do is to call any number around the world and understand this add-on because i think i couldn't understand it correctly i have the office 365 e5 plan
If you have an E5 license, you already have Teams Phone Standard included with your license, which is probably why you don't see the add-on. If you've added a domestic Calling Plan, you should be able to make outbound calls within your country. Not sure what country you're in but you will need an International Calling Plan in order to make international calls. Depending on the country you reside, the international Calling Plan will have different pricing. Some include a bundle of minutes for certain countries and some are per minute charges, which are different for every country. Microsoft does not have an unlimited global plan.
Is there a charge for new lines and porting lines? Thinking about the $15 Teams plan, but want to know how much the lines cost.
No, it's just $15

Sorry, but I'm not an expert on Microsoft Direct's licensing prices. I'd recommend going to their website.
thanks, much clearer than the Microsoft rep
thanks for the kind words! I'm here if you need me!

Yes, you can have that license, but you would still have to add a calling plan.
