Our company is in the process of switching over to teams phone system now, I watched your video as a learning tool to understand it better. Thank you for doing this.

Hi. We have E5 and I don't see the dial pad?

Teams Phone Standard is included in an E5, but it's not enabled by default. You have to turn-on Teams Phone Standard, and add a calling plan either directly through Microsoft or through a 3rd party (i.e. Operator Connect).

Very helpful. Thanks. I’d like to say that we will be calling your office son but I’m just collecting info. I’ll send an email tomorrow if I get a break with some more info. Have to ask if an NDA is needed first.

My pleasure! Glad you find the videos useful. Happy to help. No NDA required on my side, but happy to oblige if your company requires one.

What kind of phone system for a small biz of 3 people that just want the option of rolling to our cell phones?

For only 3 people, I'd recommend keeping it simple and using one of the big names, like RingCentral or Zoom Phone. All the features you need, competitive pricing, and 24x7 support, with lots of online how-to videos.
