The F40 LM is one of the only cars I've ever heard that sounds like it has 3 different engines in it at the same time depending on the rev range (none of which is actually has lol). A big nasty V8, a V12, and a turbo rotary.

I don't know why they're making excuses for the turbos in Formula 1 today because they're so quiet? Then why does an F40 sound so great? One of the most beautiful cars in the world. Especially the LM!

Is that the same car throughout the film? The early and late shots are of a car carrying a UK road-registration sticker on the rear, but the footage doesn’t appear to be filmed in the UK and there’s no way this car would pass the annual road-legality test putting out that noise. The track footage in the middle of the film from the Goodwood Festival of Speed shows a car without a road registration number on the rear.
