I bought the exact led bulbs you showed for my 2016 F150. They worked great, never had a problem. They were super easy to install without removing the lights themselves. Only problem I noticed was if I used my FM radio stations the bulbs made the channels come in with a lot of static
These are cool items. I think one of my favorite accessories is the Iball hitch cam. That helped me a ton before I got a newer truck with a back up cam.
Sure do get around on youtube are you just getting ideas i have for you can do on your channel let me know i have over forty years in the auto and lawn equipment field thanks getting ready to watch your video
Ditto on the tire step. I picked up one at Tractor Supply. When you’re 5’8” and you have a big truck it’s a must. Really comes in handy when adding DEF and cleaning the windshield.
As far as dashcams, get a dashcam that has a capacitor instead of a lithium battery. Capacitors dont blow up under intense heat especially during the summer month. Ive had my dashcam for 2 years now and it has a capacitor and it works great! Tried and tested in the Vegas summer heat.
Still haven’t mounted my CB or antenna, just no great options for the SD Lariat. Thinking I’ll get a headache rack and mount the antenna there. Still undecided on the CB mounting.
Nice video! One thing to consider with the tire step - forget it is on there just once and who knows what damage it will do when flailing around. I keep a small, cheap 2 step folding thing in my toolbox. Worst that happens if I forget, is driving off without it.
It is weird, just by watching a few seconds I knew that the video was from texas and after 10 seconds I knew it was from somewhere around corpus christi. I was able to feel the humidity and warm from here not to mention I haven't been there in a several years.
@Big Truck Big RV another good accessory to have if you are legally able to have it would be a pistol of some kind so you can protect yourself and what not.
For on board air I got a battery powered 60v dewalt compressor/tank. It's not hardwired or hard hosed into my truck, but rather fits in my chest box nicely. This way I can take it out if it's needed on the beach, boat, rzr etc. Also the batteries switch into all of dewalts 20v/flexvolt tools. Very handy for dry camping which we do a lot of.
You don't think they're saying that knowing that you'll need a new phone after subjecting the phone to the magnet? I dunno, I'm still on the fence with that. But thank you though for the feed back. Keep the videos coming.
Don't normally get road rage, but I can't stand when someone slowly pulls out in front of me like at 7:47. As long as it's clear in the distance, I'll double yellow line around those fools. I mean if you're going to do that, don't act like you suddenly forgot where your gas pedal is. Good video btw.
Off-topic question: I'm currently in High School and I'm going to start saving up for buying a pickup truck within the next few years, I hope to finance something for around $20,000, the two options I'm looking at are a 2014 - 2016 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel, and a 2011 - 2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty, however a 2011 - 2016 RAM 2500 has also been a candidate. Seeing as Half-Ton Diesels are still relatively new, most the used EcoDiesel trucks I can find on autotrader.ca generally price higher than most slightly older Half-Tons. While I don't plan to form a career out of it, I plan to do construction and landscaping as a way to make money for the next few years until I try and start my career. Now obviously the main pros of the EcoDiesel is it's a smaller, lighter truck... that means it's easier to drive and it gets better fuel economy, however, I plan to keep this truck for quite a long time, and even after I buy a new one sometime in the far future, I'll most likely keep this one, a Three-Quarter-Ton will obviously haul and tow more than a half-ton, as well as have more power overall. So what is your opinion on the topic, which would be the better option?
I saw your small air compressor, I bought a Slime model from Walmart the Elite HD Tire Inflator 2000 ci per minute and it's hoses only screw onto the valve stems-- I changed that somewhat and now have it to where I can use it like it came or screw it into a 50' hose with quick connections. If you go to my RUclips channel which it is being uploaded as I'm doing this so maybe it'll be ready for Wednesday sometime I show how I did it and what I used plus the estimated cost. It's simple and now I can use it in so many different ways. Like I have a 40' gooseneck trailer and I plan on putting a fairly large air tank on it for extra air storage plus I can use it with a blower too. Great video of yours love that tire step I broke a couple ribs stepping on my wet tire to hookup and latch my gooseneck
Proud of you surpassing the 100k subscriber mark and great videos on the XD I've owned mine two years and it continues to surprise me. Im open to all makes and models of trucks thanks to your unbiased approach to reviews.
Do you recommend using a battery jump box for a dual battery system like you have in your F-450? Would one be enough? Have you done a review on these before?
Love you accessory vedios and your F450. Just purchased a 2018 F450 Lariat with Ultimate package. Race Red. Have you added the wheel well liners ? Just thought maybe I missed it. Had to drive 350 miles to sign the deal. They will deliver it next week.
Ok so I have some concerns with the magnetic phone mount. I used to use one and I started issues with my phone doing crazy things and locking up. I then spoke to a techie person and he said it's never a good idea to put your phone so close to a magnet. Comments?
This is off topic.....but, what about RV tires? My boy needs 4 for his fifth wheel, we want a good value, not necessarily the cheapest, dont know what to buy, I'm in Texas, so need something tough for those 200 degrees days, help anyone?
I've heard mixed reviews on it. Overall good reviews, but some bad from people who have had accuracy and reliability issues. Mine has been doing great. Honestly, I really only use it to see the tongue weight and then switch to my B&W
Husky floor liners are the best period I love them why better then weather tech and they cover more area then weather tech
I bought the exact led bulbs you showed for my 2016 F150. They worked great, never had a problem. They were super easy to install without removing the lights themselves. Only problem I noticed was if I used my FM radio stations the bulbs made the channels come in with a lot of static
Thank you for helping me spend some money. 👍
These are cool items. I think one of my favorite accessories is the Iball hitch cam. That helped me a ton before I got a newer truck with a back up cam.
Brian's Lawn Maintenance: I still have mine but don't use it much anymore. Good for wife's SUV
Sure do get around on youtube are you just getting ideas i have for you can do on your channel let me know i have over forty years in the auto and lawn equipment field thanks getting ready to watch your video
tim freeman Nah I just love watching JDs that’s where I get my tips haha
Ditto on the tire step. I picked up one at Tractor Supply. When you’re 5’8” and you have a big truck it’s a must. Really comes in handy when adding DEF and cleaning the windshield.
Have you tested the TPMS device to see if it would work for your 5th wheel? I was wondering if the range would work?
I have the Smittybilt version of that hitch step on my F-150. It does a great job of deterring idiots from tailgating you.
I have the same compressor and I love it! Nice choice. Installed tow truck Anderson connector front and back to power it.
The Weigh Safe 3" receiver hitch just showed up at my door during this video. Thanks for the reviews.
husky liners are amazing, my girlfriend got them for me, and its a mistake to go without them
I love these videos with you driving. It makes me feel like I’m back in Texas. 😀
As far as dashcams, get a dashcam that has a capacitor instead of a lithium battery. Capacitors dont blow up under intense heat especially during the summer month. Ive had my dashcam for 2 years now and it has a capacitor and it works great! Tried and tested in the Vegas summer heat.
agreed, I am still surprised how long mine has lasted
I love my husky liners. I agree its better than weather tech. They are more pliable too
Love my husky liners for my tundra
I agree as well. I've had both, and I give thumbs to Husky.
I've had several sets of each and definitely prefer Husky. They stay in place better, at least thats been the case for me
cthunter41... I agree, the weather tech are too stiff, too 'plasticy'
What is your mag mount cam that you put everywhere?
How hot does the viair compressor get after airing up 4 tires? My harbor freight one gets really hot after adding 4lbs to each tire but works good.
OMG, you spent how much money on that Ferd and it didn't have TPMS? (I'm just busting your balls) :-)~ Peace!
Still haven’t mounted my CB or antenna, just no great options for the SD Lariat. Thinking I’ll get a headache rack and mount the antenna there. Still undecided on the CB mounting.
What about a rear dashcam? I'm really wanting 1 in my front window and my back
How’s the car mount holding up? Looking for a good one but most seem to fail quickly.
The TPMS system you suggested is for 4 tires. Are you using that on your dually (6 tires)?
PIAA wiper blades. Once you try them you'll never go back to anything else. Last forever. Also on Amazon
Nice video! One thing to consider with the tire step - forget it is on there just once and who knows what damage it will do when flailing around. I keep a small, cheap 2 step folding thing in my toolbox. Worst that happens if I forget, is driving off without it.
Do you need commercial insurance for an F450? Looking to own a 2018 superduty stuck between F350 king ranch drw or F450 king ranch.
What kind of Mud flaps do you use? I have a 2018 F450 Race Red (beautiful truck)
that TPMS kit was cool
It is weird, just by watching a few seconds I knew that the video was from texas and after 10 seconds I knew it was from somewhere around corpus christi. I was able to feel the humidity and warm from here not to mention I haven't been there in a several years.
I totally agree with u about the lights, the glare they give is bl in blinding safety is not a factor with those
If you haven’t already, do a video for cleaning your windows, yours are very nice and clean
I liked the hitch step you showed but the link does not take you to the step.
Paul Shelton: I posted the SmittyBuilt version since the video'd one isn't showing
Can you post the link of the fog light video.

Big Truck Big RV I have always like your channel from the start. Very educational and professional.
Thank you
Do you have any recommendations for a TPMS for a travel trailer?
i liked the Eeztire system, but mine has started not working well.
Tireminder. I have 8 tires. Monitored stand alone or with I phone. Love it.
@Big Truck Big RV another good accessory to have if you are legally able to have it would be a pistol of some kind so you can protect yourself and what not.
Minion Moto that’s not a truck accessory tho.....
@@bigdaddypoco7890 It sure is
do you know the word 'simp'? do yourself a favour and look it up
5:10 nice to see someone drive the Focus RS in the rain.
For on board air I got a battery powered 60v dewalt compressor/tank. It's not hardwired or hard hosed into my truck, but rather fits in my chest box nicely. This video, got you a new sub, a like and 4 purchases. Solid looking gear.
Itd be better if u actually showed the stuff on your truck
GREAT video, and topic. I've been wanting too get a dash camera, and it's nice too hear you have had zero issue's with your's.
To*
You don't think they're saying that knowing that you'll need a new phone after subjecting the phone to the magnet? I dunno, I'm still on the fence with that. But thank you though for the feed back. Keep the videos coming.
Hey, I know this location. 135 miles north from where I live. LOL
Is that dashcam what you're using in this video?
Don't normally get road rage, but I can't stand when someone slowly pulls out in front of me like at 7:47. As long as it's clear in the distance, I'll double yellow line around those fools. are you in Corpus?
Yes, I have one as well and use it very much. A great product!
Aaah Corpus, I miss that place

Corpus IN THE HOUSE
This is in Corpus Christi I recognized that
Got the tire step, love the thing. Another great video. Thanks

Stacy Reid The Viair compressor is far superior to the Slime. It’s very much worth the cost.
Is the Pruveeo dash camera what you use to film your in truck videos with? Also if so are you using a external mic?
No, I use a GoPro Hero 5 or an LG G7 ThinQ or an LG G6 Smartphone (without service)
Proud of you surpassing the 100k subscriber mark and great videos on the XD I've owned mine two years and it continues to surprise me. Im open to all makes and models of trucks thanks to your unbiased approach to reviews.
I just purchased a F 150 with ROUCH charger.
Have not raced it yet.
I’m liking this video for the simple fact that we’re in the same city
Have a Tpsm on my 2010 Dodge Ram but needs to be replaced, annoying always dinging

This guy is naming the most expensive items that you could get😂
Really? Wow, your idea of expensive on Amazon is pretty strange
Shout to corpus!
Ok so I have some concerns with the magnetic phone mount. I used to use one and I started issues with my phone doing crazy things and locking up. I then spoke to a techie person and he said it's never a good idea to put your phone so close to a magnet. Comments?
I had the same conversation with engineers from both LG and Samsung and they say there is no problem with using their phones near magnetics
nice vid. would like the dashcam but they don't ship to my country :(
This is off topic.....but, what about RV tires? My boy needs 4 for his fifth wheel, we want a good value, not necessarily the cheapest, dont know what to buy, I'm in Texas, so need something tough for those 200 degrees days, help anyone?
Sailun all steel.
Thank you.
Due to looks like you're driving down SPID in Corpus Christi that's like my home town
Use 3m command strips and the adhesive comes right off
5:10 a nice stock focus ST
Husky liners > weather tech
Thanks. Great video...
funny seeing my city on a youtube video
Old milk crate works for me
Those bulbs aren’t even DOT approved.... No LED glare kit swap will be DOT legal.
Thank you for making us a video about truck accessories and then proceeding to not show us the product.
Corpus Christi!!!
Who thought be said BMW? Not B & W
Ive got one of those steps. Its a Mac my dad picked up long ago. Only reason i still have it is it says mac. Lol.
Cruising spid
Big CC
Uuummmm I've had one of those steps for like 20years and have used it ?????? not sure if I've used it once.
I had a weigh safe hitch and I do not recommend it.
I've heard mixed reviews on it. Overall good reviews, but some bad from people who have had accuracy and reliability issues. Mine has been doing great. Honestly, I really only use it to see the tongue weight and then switch to my B&W
Four ads in a 10 minute video??? Come on man.....
I keep my phone in my back pocket because I feel a phone should never be used while in motion (besides its illegal in some areas)
That looks like the valley
Corpus!!
You should review the Porsche Cayenne.
I likely will
Perhaps a Mercedes GLC43
do not buy pruveeo dash cams they are garbage I but one won't last 6 months, the screen went black never got my money back.
