- Hello everyone this is my take on Fallout New Vegas - Best Start,
I go over the specials that are mandatory and needed in this video, so the only specials that are Absolutely needed is
Luck at 8 or 9
Endurance at 8 or 9
I recommend having an intelligence at 9 so you get a lot of skill points later on in your play through
The traits i picked are Good Natured and skilled

I've done this plenty of times, but the funniest way to get right to Benny is by using the monorail. There's NCR trooper armor that can be stolen out of a chest at McCarrin, and with that disguise you can slip past the guards.
I played new vegas for about 2-300hrs in my life and i have never used implants i think imma play it again

Really excellent video, but I feel like Charisma always has to be a dump stat in NV, unless you love Animal Friend and want it for role playing purposes
If you're pre-patched, there's a glitch with the Vicki and Vance casino. So when you free Begal and get a new sheriff, wait three days, deal with the deserters that come to the casino, then wait another three days and talk to the cashier and get 1000 chips you can do a much more simple version of the standard casino glitch. This is PRE-PATCH mind you, this won't work with the most recent update.
How do you know if your pre patched on console or is that impossible
@@andrewvigil2448 the easiest way to tell if your copy is pre-patched is if there are 3 kids chasing the giant rat in Freeside. If there's only 2 it's patched
Put some NCR armor on, go to the monorail at camp McCarran on the second floor of the main building. Take the train for free to Vegas. Make sure to have the NCR armor on or the two guards will shoot at you at the door.
If you can learn how to play blackjack this is amazing

Blackjack is one of the easiest card games there is you just want to get as close to 21 as you can without going over if you go over you lose the person closest to 21 without goin over wins thats pretty much it

if you have luck as 10, its more of a challenge to lose gambling
Just started Fallout NV after a few years and worked my self trough a lot of beginner guides and i did moderate what I do wit a normal rerun play trough used some console commands and followed good springs got Ed-e and went to lonesome road and got bored quickly so I am starting a new pay trough with no commands or glitches save carry weight the balance of what you can carry is just………… so I’ll will crank my difficulty up and start playing again, lonesome road is highly recommended at least up to the triebeam laser after that you should have some nice loot and 2 Important Ed-e upgrades (repair & MC creator) after that start your journey any way you like
Pretty good just would say future videos, when your explaining best picks for perks and stuff you only said skill and good natured but not everyone has skill, an for those who didnt you didnt give 2 perks small details but... yep

I got to 19:35 and after I collected the papers I went back through the gate and now the securitrons are randomly killing me... what the hell
I would just pay the toll, at that point you should have more than enough. He even mentions on the way to Vegas ( 14:50 ) that you can loot Repconn Headquarters for loot and sell at Market (15:12 ) for some extra caps.

Truth is you really don't need a guide for this game. Especially since the difficulty is changeable at any time. Your save was rigged from the start.

My ps3 won’t let me do the unlimited chips glitch. Why not. Every time I turn them in they all get turned in. And it takes away 6 thousand for no reason

Yea man it’s tough, if you make a save every thousand chips you win if you start to lose then reload that save to keep your chips..

Charisma sucks, I always keep it at 1.
Thankfully i got lucky enough to where the gambling took 1 hour but majority was because of the stupid ultralux they’re just luckier than all the other casinos
The easiest way to make caps in fnv is to finish my kind of town at the Vikki and Vance casino. Change all your caps for chips and then get banned. You can then cash in your chips infinitely.

In my personal option strength should be at 5 and endurance at least at 5 because of strong back also charisma is useless so just keep it a 1
Best start. Lol yeah using glitches usually makes it pretty easy. Might as well just glitch all your skills too and make the game a very easy mode. That makes it so fun 🤣🤣🤣

I believe Int of 4 is all you need for all stats to be maxed by endgame at 50. Is this on Very Hard and Hardcore?
The higher the intelligence the more skill points you get too put into specific skills you choose
@@Snipercosolo Right but you only need 4. With 4+ implant bringing it to 5. Gotten at level 1 by running to vegas. Easily have 100 in all skills by level 50.

why that much charisma?
There's no point putting that many points in intelligence. 5 is good, 4 is fine, even 3 or less is doable if you don't want to max out every skill. Do the math if you don't believe me.

Pretty bad guide to start. The impression is "you watched one guide on youtube and tried to do the same". Character creation in incomplete. Endurance and luck need to be 8 or higher, but you forgot that charisma NEEDS to be at 1 for ANY build, it's completely useless stat. You don't need more that 5 intelligence (you can hit 100 in all stats with Skilled, Comprehension, you even have 50 skillpoints as margin of error). You don't need a stealth boy to sneak past deathclaws, you not hug the mountain, you can climb on top of it and past in sneak mode. Also don't do goodsprings quest at the start. Go to primm, triger sheriff quest, then go to powder gang, speak with sheriff (bandits will not be hostile), pick a quest from bandits, betray bandits in favor of NCR (they will kill all of them and you just loot), after that go do goodsprings quest. But before all that, go to strip at lvl 1, after you leave doc mitchel. You don't need to kill a robot, there is a casino in freeside Atomic Rangler. Gamble there, you will have 5000 caps. You can go with credit check and than take intelligence implant at lvl 1. That's just the basics, without shit like combat armor at dead caravan place, ED-E with repair perk from lonesome road or one of the best energy weapon in the game at repconn, all of this can be accomplished at lvl 1 with no investment in any skills.
