Brown Butter Banana Bread

This brown butter banana bread has a nutty, caramel flavours that's hard not to fall in love with. A buttered slice is perfect for either breakfast or dessert and is a big hit with the kids too!

0:12 - Melt butter till it turns brown
0:39 - Whisk sugar to the browned butter
0:48 - Add two eggs and whisk
1:01 - Add milk and vanilla extract
1:11 - Mash bananas in the mixture
1:24 - Sieve maida, baking soda and salt
1:31 - Mix and fold
1:40 - Add roasted walnuts
1;49 - Pout batter in a baking tin
1:59 - Slice and serve!
