Hi mate, I agree about the colour scheme......I lost site of it on 2nd flight and was using camera footage before eagerly commanding the RTH function.......Will change the LED colours later and customise it a little bit. Thanks for the video.

Hey Carson... Enjoyed the info and video about the Mini 2. Have visited other sites as well; each one offers a little something different. This MIni 2 "awesome"; sort of a mini MA 2, or 2Pro, given the features it now has. DJI even included the new "zoom" feature like the MA 2; glad you touched on that. As you are probably aware, the controller for this drone and MA 2, are the same. You can fly either drone with this controller, just do the link procedure. While its quite temping to add the Mini 2 to my stable, I think I'm going to hold for a while; don't fly enough as is.

I'm hoping that the mini2 will be offered as just the plane, as I have the Air and also Air 2, but would love to have this for a bit more discreet flying.

The interference while transferring was because your drone is on the hood of your car ;)
Actually it was the wind; it messes with..the signals..
But I'm guessing it's supposed to be transferred over wifi.

Wow, I was just going to order the Mini 2, brand new, on EBay for $449, but when you said combo, you made me check and I found out that what I was ordering is not the combo. It only has one battery. I wondered why it was a $100 cheaper. Buying additional batteries separately would knock the price up to another $150 or more. You saved me some time and money.

Oh! Nice color on that Kia. I love multi-colored cars. I had a 2015 Toyota Aygo with a red roof and red accents on bumpers and doors and now I have a Toyota Yaris GR Sport with a black roof and red stripes on the fenders.
Also got the DJI Mini 2 last month and did a couple of test flights. The weather is not good, but I love the drone! X)

Got an awesome deal at 330€ refurbished for the fly more combo and am loving it so far!
And Mini 1 is actually more powerful with third party apps like Rainbow, Litchi or even Drone Link (Mini 2 not supported).
Maybe I'll upgrade when "DJI 3" comes out (having a price drop on the Mini 2 😁)

There are manual video exposure controls! It's the classic exposure triangle of shutter speed, ISO and aperture.

Can you help me? To resolve the issue? My drone is getting totally over heated before flying as a result there is a fog covers inside the camera .It takes 15 minutes fog to go. What could be the problem?

How did you make the 1:23 effect??? Mind blown! I mean the video clearly speeds up, but the audio stays in sync with the 1st and 2nd part of the effect. How??

usb C everything! lovely data rates but! my brand new dslr with usb-c. The middle snapped out with in a week of getting it. my last two mobile phones, usb-c connection snapped within a month and can only wireless recharge now. And the motherboard on my PC, yes another snapped Usb-c. It scares the hell out of my paying what would be £500 English for the port to just snap out like everything else I own! I look after my stuff but just have no luck with usb-c, I had new even experienced a usb problem until the C type came out!

got a question for u sir, whenever i go to record in 4k from the second i push the record button the screen freezes until im done recording then it goes back to live view with no issues. It still records and saves in to my sd, i just cant view what i recorded until i put the sd card into my laptop, If i shoot in 2.7 it works fine. Not until i choose 4k to record, thats when i go to hit the record button it freezes until im done recording. I use a samsung galaxy a53. If u can give me any tips to fix this issue, that would be awesome. I have called dji customer support, and they were USELESS. All they told me to do was uninstall the app and reinstall it. Clearly it didnt work lol. So if u need anymore information from me, just hmu, thank u so much.

We gave it a try. The problem is we have been flying the Mavic Air 2 which ruined it for us. Feels like a toy compared to the Air 2. Returned it and ordered another Air 2 which is coming on Thursday. It was fine and all and the new features are great. As long as you never fly the Mavic Air 2 or Pro you will like it. I think the Air 2 is worth the extra money. It is not that much different in price now. Good video. Love the Chapter marks! 👍
I’ve been flying the Mavic Air 2 for quite some time now (since it came out) and I’ve gotta say, I still really love this Mini 2. Understandably though, the MA2 still packs many features over this Mini 2. I still believe it’s great to have both in an arsenal depending on your travel conditions as well as restraints on what you can/want to bring along with you somewhere!
Feels like a toy because it weighs 242 grams.. lighter than the original mini..
@@gboogie360 I agree. My son was excited to get it. He plunked down $660 for the Fly More combo. Flew it twice and realized it was very toy-like. Decided to spend a little extra and get an Air 2 like mine. Costco has a great deal. $789 for the Air 2 and 1 battery. I think for the price many will just go with the Air 2.
Others have mentioned that the Mav Mini 1 batteries do work in the Mini 2 but will not work in the Mini 2. They are of different sizes and weights. Is there a reason that you didn't mention anything about interchangeable batteries? Some other tests show a similar flight time. What they didn't test is long-term usage of the mini 1 batteries. Could they damage the mini 2?

Oh I forgot to ask the pano photos with the sphere etc do they save to the card in order to edit them on a computer like the regular photos?
Yes! Each time you take a pano, a folder is created on the card for that specific photo that contains all the individual photos used to stitch a panorama together. Turns out, the panorama stitching is done on your device with DJI Fly running on it rather than on the drone itself. Great for those looking to stitch the images yourself!
