I love how they show 2 competitors outta the 10 on all the events. Great work
I miss the good old days when each event was shown in its entirety and they each would be 30-45 minutes long.
Hooper what a combination of strength and brains
This is exactly why Brian Shaw started his own event, which is way better than worlds…
This is like the opposite of the Wheel of Pain at the Arnold’s (and Rogue Invitational that one time). Instead of it being impossible to get momentum, the bus gets so much momentum that the rope becomes an obstacle towards the end of the pull.
This event was the weakest. Wayyyyy too light. Look at how close they all are in 32. Something seconds. 2015 worlds had a perfect pull cause not everyone finished
To all those complaining that the bus was too light. Yes, it was. However, bus pull tends to be a high risk event for athletes. Achilles and bicep tears are very common. By lowering the weight of the bus, I think it was an honest attempt to protect the athletes. The issue IMO was the momentum of the bus. They should have used something with more resistance. (And also made the course longer)
How do you increase the resistance of a pull without increasing the weight?😂
They removed air out of some of the tires which would increase resistance, but it wasn’t enough. They should have added people inside to make it heavier. It’s no more riskier than stones for the potential of bicep injury’s, Achilles is no more dangerous than the bull pull at rogue which took out Trey. Fact of the matter is that that bus was way to light, when the times are that close it can be human error that potentially costs you 5-7 points is not fair.
@@james_jeffers_strongman
Yes, but more resistance means you have to generate more force to move it.
@@jlowe8059100% it does that’s the point….. it was to easy
@james_jeffers_strongman
Yes, but that effectively increases the weight and the impact on whatever body parts they claim to be worried about. Either you keep it light and "safe" or you don't, I don't really care.
Tom Stoltman = British Strongman legend and potential to become one of the greatest ever
that bus is way too light for these guys and the momentum of the bus made the event easier as it goes rather then getting harder
Go Hoop 🍁!!!!
Hooper is an animal! 😤
ممتاز رائع الأبطال
Adamlarda viking kanı var gücü ve heybeti
For future events
1/3 of the athletes shouldn't finish
1/3 should finish within the time
1/3 should finish impressively
Weight was too light needs to be heavier.
Strange choice leaving out half the competitors but choosing to include a "power profile".
Should keep parking break on. Lol
Worst event, bus was way too light
Way too light might be a bit of an exaggeration considering it was 10,000lbs heavier than the bus from WSM 2022.
10,000 lbs heavier yet everyone pulled it much faster? And all the times were seperated by hundredths of a second, at least in 2022 it wasnt all so close @@crazy10bears
@@nemohoes5923 and also Tom and Evan SOMEHOW getting the same time that shouldn't happen
@@nemohoes5923 Yeah, 10,000lbs heavier. The pull was 30 meters in 2022, 25 meters in 2023. This is all very easy to look up.
SCL has better truck pulls that Last longer even Ultimate Strongman in the UK
MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE 🫎🇨🇦
They turned this shit into a joke, I miss the old videos where they showed everything
Yeah wtf
💪🙂
Why do they boo Hooper
Might aswell just leave the bus and have a 100m sprint competetion
Hello MYRTLE BEACH
Hooper is from America right
Canada, but the American continent, yes.
I MADE the BUS PULLING WORLD RECORD
I think they were pulling the “special “ bus
I guess these Ukrainians aren’t on the front lines because there’s no bp vests that can fit them?
What is wrong with you
