Start by chaining until you have desired width. Then chain 3 more. Dc in 4th chain from hook and in each stitch across. Chain 3 turn. Dc in each dc across. Continue like this alternate white and red for the number of rows per flag requirement.(look at any flag). After completing 6 long rows. Fold work in half of width. Attach stitch marker . Continue with the next color but change to blue at stitch marker to start the blue chunk of flag. Continue until 13 stripes . Cut yarn and fasten off
