I don't mind it at all. It needed to be re-drawn after the latest chapters which you can very much tell it was rushed and obviously short and I'm glad they recognized that too.

The only reason the readers should be grateful is if the authors do something as an act of charity. Ultimately they are successful because of the readers. So don't give me this "Be grateful!" infantile bullshit.

I'm glad that redraws are coming. The ninja arc was lackluster for me. The pacing felt like Murata wanted to hurry up and end this arc, none of the stuff I wanted to see in webcomic was not in the manga like Sonic imitating the serious side steps, and lastly the part where the ninjas arent actually dead because of some genjitsu illusion killed any seriousness to the fight.
Yeah it felt rushed, and i also prefer that the intro was not a genjutsu.

Not surprised. In fact I kinda expected that Murata was going to do some redraws, but man the whole arc. Still make sense the chapters were too short and it didn't feel like it lived up to the usual hype that Murata usually gives. It felt like this was just the draft

It wasn't meant to be massive in the webcomic by the time sonic and flashy flash found that man he was already beaten by saitama it was more of a gag arc where they're gearing up for this big adventure only to find out he was already beaten by saitama, but im glad muratas adding more to it

As much as I like the biweekly schedule of OPM, I feel that may have been a bit detrimental to the production of the manga. I know they probably wanted to keep chapter releases somewhat consistent, but it feels pointless with the state of the manga now. I personally think a monthly schedule be better for OPM. I don’t want it to die
As someone who personally hate the constant redraws, this is one where I don't mind. All the chapters were pretty short anyways and I think do need it so I say do your thing.

I think the Redraws will be good. It will give One time to rewrite the rather lackluster narrative that is this Ninja Ark.
The stakes we had in the Monster Association Ark are now missing, so we’ve been waiting for things to kick back into gear. I do understand the narrative needing a break, so we could have one Mini Ark so as to both satisfy the people, while giving the greater One Punch Man universe a break. I think the Dragon Cult people could have been that next Mini Ark.

I feel like revealing Blast at the end of the Monster association arc was a mistake. We had been waiting to see Awakened Garou or in the manga changed to Cosmic Garou, and making Blast appear into the manga should have been saved for the future. I knew the series would take a dip in hype after getting to see Garou finish his arc...and saving Blast as a trump card to inject life back into the series would have been wise. But now it's like the audience is just numb. We already seen Blast, we already seen Tatsumaki vs Saitama...which should have also been saved for the future...instead of literally a few chapters after we saw Garou fighting Saitama in space....it sort of made the Tats and Saitama fight seem lackluster. Idk...
I mean that was the order of events for the webcomic
Maybe Murata is adding Shadow Ring into the Ninja Arc since she is a ninja from another village that we know nothing about.

Honestly as much as I enjoy OPM art, it doesn’t really need to be perfect as long as its good enough. The true captivation of OPM is not the perfect art, it’s the story.

Personally, I just liked the webcomic version of this arc better. In the original, “That man” was built up as a super boss ninja threat, and when Flash and Sonic went to challenge him, Saitama had already smacked him into the ground and looted him. It was anticlimactic, but it was hilarious.

What are the comments I’ve seen don’t mind at all because it’s been peak fiction and it’s time we start aging these demographic stat are complaining. True battle manga fans understand greatness takes time.
I actually liked the short chapters it built hype.
JC, again? They should've take a break instead of making something and then remaking it. Sometimes i like original things a lot more then redraws or at least partially. There're also panels in redraws that look objectively worse than in the original despite showing similar things.
Usually authors don't tell all of their ideas and readers only get the final version. It makes readers feel better as well since they don't get attachment to the scrapped ideas. If they're unsure of what they're doing they simply need to take a break before showing us something.
Since we're on a break, let me tell yall my ending theory on this series:
1) Saitama won't be recognised by everyone as the strongest UNTIL THE END of the FINAL BATTLE with God
2) When everyone witness him winning, he will finally be titled as the strongest hero
3) His hero name will finally changed to 'Caped Baldy' to... you guessed it... 'One Punch Man'.
some people think saitama and everyone will be a boring weak normal human after defeating God but to me that's a boring 'reset everything to peace' kind of ending.
