Kenworth T370 with just 62,401 miles. Bad turbo, engine issues and other problems

2015 Kenworth T370 with ONLY 62K miles, a bad turbo, possibly a bad EGR cooler and engine issues.
Fault codes:
1894 VGT Actuator Driver Circuit
1897 VGT Actuator Controller Abnormal Update Rate
1898 VGT Actuator Controllers OUT of Calibration

I have seen oil in the turbo "cold" side on a fairly new t370 vocational teuck which was odd. The air filter was still good, but this truck had plugged pre filter in the hood. The pre filter was creating a restriction which caused the turbo compressor wheel to pull oil from the turbo oil seals.
Oil in the cold side does not necessarily mean you have a bad turbo. Check your air filters.

Let me know what was it's kind hard to diagnose, actuator passed test, turbo flaps moves so what was the problem?

I’ll keep you posted. Could be harness issue or actuator internally. This will definitely be a good one
