She learned from my mom, from rounding up the masa to filling it with the toppings (frijol y queso for me) and flipping them without using a spatula. Makes me feel closer to home.

I tried pupusas here, made in nicaragua, theres a lot "pupusas salvadoreñas" but once my mom went go el salvador and she gave me real pupusas "made in el salvador" and I was just "o mai gad!!!" if nicaraguan taste great, the real are hjst amazing
