Replacing Utility Trailer Tires

I have an old Harbor Freight Trailer Cart that is great for hauling gravel, fertilizer, and yard waste. But unfortunately the tires have dry rotted, making this trailer useless.
So instead of buying new wheels and tires from Harbor Freight, I found a cheaper way to add tires with tubes to the trailer.
