Right at 1:02 I can see the pully alignment is not as good as it could be. Find a 3/4 washer for the driver side. The closer you get alignment the better. Less belt wear and power robbing friction. Your 0-30 gains were because of the new belt. The 18lb springs are not needed for the RPM you are running. 40 MPH with your gearing is only around 3300 RPM or so.
