Goldie is the first to the stump while Flo, the shy one waits until after Tricky arrives. A seemingly ever present hen turkey also finds a bite to eat.
Thank you. I think the lone turkey has a nest around here somewhere otherwise she would be with the other turkeys. I'm hoping to see some baby turkeys anytime now! 😄
C'est toujours beaucoup de bonheur de regarder vivre ces biches 🦌et ces dindes🦃 ❤ ! Les biches ont confiance en vous car vous êtes bienveillant avec elles 🌹❤️ ! 🌿🌸🌿🌸🌿🌸
@@wildlifeathome You never did find out if she is dead or not? Probably better to not know. Hopefully it was fast and pain free. It sucks losing a friend. Even if they don't technically belong to you it still isn't easy. You have such a great relationship with the wild!
@@critterallywithjohnernest. All I know is that she would still be coming around if she was still alive. Shortly after I realized she wasn't showing up, there was that smell and a few turkey vultures around. The main reason I didn't go looking for her, other than the poison oak and thick brush, was I didn't want to have that image as the last one of her. I found one deer laying dead here, covered in more maggots than I've ever seen, it wasn't pretty.
@@wildlifeathome I can't blame you for not wanting to go looking for something you don't want to visualize the rest of your life. Just having memories of good times with her and being blessed to having a wonderful relationship with her and her offspring is the best gift to be left with.
Goldie seems to be doing great, I still think she is pregnant but really can't be sure. Being her first time, she may only have one and I'm used to bigger bellies with a set of twins which is normal for most deer. I guess we'll see soon! 😊
@@wildlifeathome oh thats cool, I didn't know that about the twins, I don't know too much about deer . Thanks for sharing 😊 You'll know soon if she is. That's awesome 🦌🩷💙
We are going to try and get a video of the deers near us. But we have two problems. 1: we have to get up at 5am and 2: we will never get as close as you do 😂
Nicky passed away two years ago after over 13 years of being around. I think it was an issue with pregnancy and age, but she left her offspring in good hands and taught them to trust me.
Spectacular job, thanks for sharing with us :)
My pleasure, thanks for watching! ☺️
So calming watching them eat ...the lone turkey too ❤🦌🦌🦌🦃❤️❤️❤️ 😁

Thank you Ambre, it took much time and patience but it was well worth it to earn their trust.😊❤
Derek and his favorites but no babies yet, bummer..! 🦌🦌🦌🦃❤
I still think Goldie is pregnant, and I know a couple other doe must have had theirs by now. Someday soon we should see the new fawns!😀♥️
They are so special! I often think about Nicky 😢 and wish she was still here. She sure knew how to keep everyone in line!😂😂😂
She was definitely the boss around here, hopefully one of these will claim the area now.😀😁

@@critterallywithjohnernest. I'm glad that she instilled some of the same trust she had into her offspring, and a little bit of her attitude as well.😂
Beautiful! How's Goldie doing? Hope some babies are on the way ❤❤🦌🦌🦌😊

5am is too early!😂 The turkeys don't even wake me up until about 6:30am, still too early!😂🤣
