I was thinking about Souix while watching this -- no related reason. I got an IDEA. Maybe JR could get an inexpensive drone, learn to use it, AND WHEN HE HEARS SHOOTING coming from that dead-end area, he can send it up and get footage of the SHOOTERS and their license plate number. * It would be good to have also for seeing where the horses are whenever you don't have time to go looking for the ones that haven't come up toward the house in the mornings.
I think the drone is a good idea, oerhaps far better than any game cameras. While they can be hidden and will be activated by movement and can record to a distant compute or CD or thumbdrive, if not in the right place or angle might miss what you need to SEE.
Rapunzel is telling Eugene, I am not in heat! Go away! (They would make a GORGEOUS foal though). Both of them are very beautiful. So glad Whinnie has recovered from her food deprivation anxieties and is happy and well adjusted.
You can tell from the auction video that she had been traumatized by all the other horses bullying her. Hope she overcomes that fear soon. Love you all, God bless!
Daisy is just so cute and an independent girl. Winnie has calmed down a lot and looks beautiful! What a change from when you first got her. Happy that winnie now appreciates daisy and they get along. The three girls make a nice trio and eugene is a handsome boy looking forward to seeing more of them, nattie, oliver and the herd. You have some gorgeous horses!! Thanks for the video😊❤️

Eugene looks like an 80's punk rocker with a toupee or something. 😆 They are all so cute. So glad y'all went ahead and were able to get Repunzle. Poor girl looked so stressed and sad at the auction. Just reading the comment about the drone. It reminded me about a talk I had with an ex cop I know. He has or had the same situation on his land. He had a dead end spot where people would shot at targets. What he did was put a pile of dirt in the backgound of the targets so the bullets would hit the manmade hill background instead of going into his pastures. He gotten the dirt by digging up a spot for pound and he was putting in a new barn. Maybe make a back stop (I think that is what it is called) behind those targets on your land to prevent the bullets from hitting your animals if that spot is known for that activity.
The minis are adorable. I had one and loved her dearly. She went to a lady that had a special mini horse trailer. They were called Minnie’s minis. The trailer was painted hot pink. She took them to nursing homes and schools. That was what I had been training my mini and she wasn’t happy just having my backyard as her pasture. So I gifted her to Minnie for her group.
Fun to see how they ponies establish their space and status. But they all seem to be settled in and happy to graze together. Natty looks like she is really getting tall!

(not sure what they are really called?) I must say I love❤Daisy! Little miss independent! (Reminds me of me!) Well......from outward appearances that Eugene appears to be an obnoxious character! (maybe that's normal? For boy pony horses?) (I dont know?) - the others appear to be pretty chill😎like they'll be cool with their new home they are all very pretty! (I need to catch up! & see how they got to H.H.?)
Nattie reminds me of when my daughter was little. She was a tall string bean - all arms and legs😄. She would wear these boot cut/bell bottomish pants (reminded me of one of her Bratz dolls!). That’s what I think of whenever I see her walking around💛. Sweet memories! My daughter is grown and a mom herself now

That is a great idea. Much as I did not like them, they are very useful, especially for those who have thier own channels and want to get some really good footage. Not much can hide from them unless under dense cover. If it's good for the channel and the safety of your family and animals, it's well worth it!

She is already settled in. This was totally normal horse behavior. All the girls are getting along exceptionally well.

I ran over to the 8E Rescue channel and checked out their new filly from Bob and Foxy Roxy. She's adorable!! ❤❤
