yeah, bring back old schol urban vibe.I do hope the will record new album with this line-up.get sth like bme mixed with the more things change. heavy shit.
Saw them live when this album came out in a suburb of Chicago. They were something no one could touch then. Not even Pantera. One of the best metal shows I've ever seen. The heart of these songs still comes through with the addition of the og players. I'll say this album is one of my top 5 best heavy records ever. Ironically, I now live maybe an HR from where these videos are being filmed. Robb, keep the band going. It's your life, no reason to stop.
Hey guys I just found out this video and man what an honour to see my flag, the flag of my country sticking in that wall! Stay brutal and Heavy my friends, Burn My Eyes is definetly one of my all time albums, still remember like it was yesterday when it came out! Grretings and best wishes from Portugal 🇵🇹 🤘
Chris Kontos!!!! Yesssss, Now MH is for real!! im your fan over 24 years LOL. amazing drummer, cheers from Brazil!!! hope see you here!! word gig maybe? go go go
I met the band, when I was 16, after a show got cancelled in Philly in 95. Spent my weekend pass from military school to go see em. Show got cancelled bc of a p.a. issue. Banged on bus door and said what it do. One of the coolest nights of my life.
I wanna see you in Spain again Live with this tour..Like I saw the Amazing concert here in RUclips..A Total Blast !!! Cheers to All the MH Band Members Past and Present !!! See You after the fucking chorronaviruses times !!! Salud y Vida Pa'lante !!! Cheers and Life On !!!
Yo thank you for regrouping man, this is the sound, this is the chemistry , you guys sound so so good. This is the Machine Head I fell in love with (no offence, enjoyed the other members contributions too). Wow ... I hope you do Asia. I hope you write an album too !!
I thought the last time I'd see machine head was last may but I'm wrong, glad too see a strong come back and hopefully I will be able to attend the London show 🤘🤘🤘
OMFG i'm getting younger from 25 years when i was a teenager when burn my eyes came out it was a huge fucking punch in my face! I just freaking love each of the songs. Simply to me the best Machine Head record.
Dude Demmel is one of my all time favorite guitarists and when I heard the news I was a bit heart broken. Honestly though seeing how upbeat and stoked Robb is, I'm pretty hopeful for the future. I hope this the lineup that sticks. God bless from Denver, stay brutal dudes.
Capten Panties ..demmal...is good..but LOGAN HAS A WAY BETTER LIVE SHOW AND PERFORMANCE! LOGAN JUMPS UP 20 FEET IN THE AIR FUCKEN AMAZZZING GUITAR PLAYING!!😈
This NEEDS to come to Australia! Missed Machine Head on the last tour and was so afraid I’d never get the chance after Phil and Dave left Now I could only dream of seeing Chris Kontos and Logan Mader in the flesh!
This is so awesome! I'll never forget the first time I heard that Davidian riff and saw you guys on Noisy Mothers tv show in the UK. It blew me away. I loved your image with Robb with the nose ring and Logan with his big chest tattoo.
Logan, Chris!! ( O O ) super! I'am fan since 25th!!! and I was on the differents tours!! GO Machine head!! from France ^^ I still have my collector of "burn my eyes" CD album! my precious, (with 12 tracks, the last one is Alan's on fire)and he guitar part ^^ and I was invited by roadrunner France on the 1997 tour ^^
Maaan this is my childhood right there!!! Love you guys. Still got a bulk of your first european tour guitar pics that you gave me for a piece of hash haha. All the best
So happy that I got to see this tour. It was my last concert before the pandemic, and it was by far my favorite Machine Head show out of the many times I've seen them over the years. 🤘🖤
This is one of my fav records of all time! It was my fav Demo of all time... but when the album came out... man, I moshed so much with it... back then I was working as a truck unloader on a very popular clothes store (spanish one... starts with Z... and rimes with O'hara ) and I used to mosh all over those boxes of clothes... lol... anyway, great to see Logan and Kontos back and always great to see Rob... Great to see the flag of my country back there (Portugal)!!
I hope they come back as the permanent members of Machine Head. I would LOVE to have one one of my favorite bands gone back to their roots of thrash for an album or two!
Looking forward to it!!! Saw you on your first tour in Stuttgart with Slayer in 1994! Nice to see, you're kicking off the tour in the beautiful City of Freiburg,in the Black Forest, not far from where i live! See you there!!!
This is awesome!!! Hope they do a long tour. Loved Kontos in Sangre Eterna with Ryo Shibata on guitar. Band was really good but no releases except the demo. At 45, I don’t think I can pit like I used to back when this masterpiece came out!
OMFG!!! one of my favorite albuns of all time, since this day, that albuns has one of the best sounding productions in a metal record, the tones are absolute unbeliavable, Chris and Logan are amazing, part of that history, come back to BRAZIL, can't whait!!!
Chris Kontos!!!!! Groover-Machine. The band was never the same since you left. Sad that Adam didn't make the trip with the rest of the band. I'm chillin' to see this!
This is so cool, my mind is absolutely blown!! Would be so awesome if this was the new lineup for the next album. This would be the change Machine Head would need, it would give it new life. Chris is a beast on drums and Logan's style is bad ass. I don't know if it's in Logan 's style of playing to pull off Phil's Solo's and such on some songs if they were to stick with this lineup for live purposes but holy shit would it ever be insane if the new album would be with these two. Never saw it coming, maybe Logan but not Chris as well. Robb always rises when he's down, he does his best work when his back is up against the wall and I know that the next Machine Head album is going to be amazing!!
Saw the origional tour at the Manchester Apollo UK 1994 with Slayer and was the local crew at the Astor Theatre in Perth Western Australia last year.....hope to see you again in Perth on this tour!! \m/
My first ever metal (venue) gig was MH on the BME tour, May 1995, Brixton Academy (with Meshuggah and Mary Beats Jane supporting - it don't get much more metal than that when it comes to popping your gig virginity!), so I cannot believe not only am I gonna see this album played in full almost 25 years later, but at the same venue with *almost* the same line up (and there's still time for Adam to reconnect and make a guest appearance for the album set - unlikely, but we can but hope)
Holy shit I was 15 when this came out. I wrote to the the fan club and I got a return letter( I'm from Australia) I still have it. They answered my questions and said p.s. Rob says hi
I was there at the beginning. I listened to that cd constantly when it came out. One of the best albums of the ninties.I saw them on their second tour twice.
Already got tickets to the London show - cannot fucking wait. My first every (venue) gig was Machine, on the BME tour, in May 95 at the Brixton Academy. You cannot even understand how stoked I am, as a drummer, to be seeing Kontos playing this album almost 25 years later at the same venue, and with Logan too! Made my absolute year this!
I don't believe it! Chris Kontos!? In my opinion he's the one that gave them the groove, which later on McClain took away with his whole technical-robotic-doublekick extravaganza. Great news!
While I cannot bring myself to dislike McClain´s style I dig Kontos´ drumming way more because of it´s irresistible groovyness . Despite that ambivalence MH is the band I´ve listened to the longest, plus they seduced me to learn guitar after hearing "Burn my eyes" and then immediately buying "The more things change" right after that and learning every rhythm guitar on that CD inside of less than 10 days of highly alcoholic easter holidays :)
Oh man, saw MH last year, BMY is still my all-time favorite album, i wanna go see this, i'll have the cash in about a week or so. Hope there will still be tickets !
No fue donde grabaron con MTV un especial en la sala Zelete? Creo que también había un detrás de cámaras con ellos cantando una canción de Snopp Dogg 😂.
Was quite bummed out when I heard about the split. One of my favourite bands since I saw them in 2009 at Sonisphere UK. Interested to see where they go with this new line up.
Chris and Logan need to stay now!!!! End the auditions, you found your guys, the ones who you founded Machine Head with! It has all come full circle!
THIS!!!!!!!!!!! come on, these guys are old and need some income, just add them permenantly to the band FFS!!! :-) no more auditions
No better way to get back to the roots of MH than with the original members.
Did Phil and Dave leave?
@@TheSiameseDreamer Yes. Phil is playing with Slayer on their farewell tour and Dave is back with Sacred Reich.
yeah, bring back old schol urban vibe.I do hope the will record new album with this line-up.get sth like bme mixed with the more things change. heavy shit.

THIS IS THE GREATEST NEWS EVER. I CANNOT WAIT!!!!

Hey guys I just found out this video and man what an honour to see my flag, the flag of my country sticking in that wall! This is amazing. I would LOVE to see this lineup get back together permanently. THIS is MACHINE HEAD!
Not happening he already has two new members for new stuff this only for anniversary plus Logan and kontos cannot play the newer stuff
Chris Kontos!!!! Yesssss, Now MH is for real!! im your fan over 24 years LOL. amazing drummer, cheers from Brazil!!! hope see you here!! word gig maybe? go go go

And 00s/10s, they are groove metal
