Jubilee Line trains aren't permitted to drive manually now as the signalling isn't for that.

Sounds like it's in ATO mode as you can hear the power going on and off. The motor probably is a bit worn

Mostly likely there’s a train in front, or the train isn’t using 100 of it’s power
