Hello Ace. Enjoy and learn from all your videos. But this one is my favorite. Sold my house and retired in Cuenca . Please buy a house. If thats impossible . Than do the impossible . Just talk to a realtor . You will be surprised at how they can make it happen. Shared my first home with roommates . We all got along cheaply and had a blast . Put a extra hundred bucks every month towards the principal of the loan . And improved the property . Quickly built up equity . And was in a stronger position to help my family an friends . You are a obvious good investment !

I had to edit this video and made like 4 versions of it that I sent back and forth with one of my friends who was in the video and I also had been sharing it with another friend to get an opinion on pacing. I’m glad I could show another side of what Ecuador is like. I hope to be able to make more videos like this in the future! 🥹

I have to remind you Ace that Ecuador is American; it's just in the South part. What we have been "trained" since birth to call America is the United States of America, which is not even a country, it's a corporation. we've been lied to and made to think, believe and except that lie of it being a country. Yes it's located on North American soil, but it is not America itself. Do you grt what I'm saying? ALL of the Americas are America not just some corporation claiming that as if it only applies to it. I trust this clears your concepts and helps to correct your viewpoint as to what is what and what is not. Hi Ace, I just discovered your channel. I have already watched a few of your videos about travel in Ecuador. Thank you for being a positive, informative and honest creator of content about Ecuador. I have a question, I am N. American and I have a son I am coming to visit next week, who lives in Puyo, in the Oriente, with his Ecuadorian wife and kids. He and his family are planning a trip with his wife's sister and her kids, to the coast in a week, to the province of Santa Elena. I saw you just did a motorcycle trip to the area a month ago. My question is do you think it is safe for a mixed family of Caucasian N. Americans and Indigenous Ecuadorians, to make a family trip to that area right now? If so, what beaches would you recommend we stay at? Also, I am flying into Quito and thought of taking the bus from Quito to Manta, rather than go to Puyo first, and then have to go to the coast from there. I am a 59 yr old woman and will be travelling solo. Do you think that is OK right now?
